Sad to see Billy go but its for the best. He wont get games here now with the formation we play. He deserves to play week in week out. Good luck to him.

I think the OP is trying to show how easy it is to start a rumour and how hard it is to prove a rumour is true.

Thats not possible.

Maybe not.

Don't know why people don't think this could happen. He has been playing at Espanyol who are 17th in La Liga and he is nowhere near the Inter first team.

We had this conversation at the game but decided that quite a lot of corners/free kicks these days don't beat the first man, not just ours.

I thought that only counted if the ball went backwards not forwards. -
1. Demba Ba offside for the first goal? 2. Fonte injury looks bad, clearly goes down on his knee. I think that'll be ligament damage and out for weeks if not months. 3. Never a penalty, he pulls his hand away.

He always keeps quiet about transfers, nothing has changed.

They wouldn't have made a difference! -
Its quite obvious why it was a bad atmosphere!! Christ!

Cork has been quality at right back. He was pivotal in our goal. Davies, Schneiderlin & Ward-Prowse are good enough to do a job at centre mid but we played Chelsea FFS. Nobody mentioned using Cork at right back when we outplayed Arsenal.

Not surprising for a game like this. Most of the people I go with usually didn't fancy it today and I hardly recognized anyone around me today. It took most of them about 30 minutes to work out which seat was theres too. When you take into consideration that Chelsea took over the loudest part of our ground and the fact there were so many 'day trippers' in the home end, its not surprising it was a poor atmosphere. I've been to approximately 50 grounds around the country and our home support for league games is actually very very good. It does seem like grounds are getting quieter and quieter these days. We didnt hear Stokes famous loud atmosphere until the 80th minute the other day. I was told that when you go to Everton you have to play the crowd as well as the team, yet they were silent all game.

If you move them then the fans from 42 etc will move next to them. There is no point moving them.

And the fact he isnt left footed!!

I was in the Chapel yesterday for the first time in years. I couldnt believe the abuse Boruc was getting. At one point when the ball was rolling to him people were going 'ooooooooooooo' and cheering when he did something right. Absolute disgrace. One reason I hate the Premier League, we get all these pathetic fans back.

Anyone who hasn't put Rodriguez in their starting line up after the way he played yesterday, was clearly not there yesterday!!

He wasn't criticising Shaw. Just mentioned that he did make a couple of mistakes that could have cost us HOWEVER he also made so brilliant runs down the line too.

Muamba was lucky to be alive. What Fergie said was well over the top.

Dire from start to finish. A potentially exciting match killed by a very defensive Norwich

Streams are dire tonight!!!
