Im not dissappointed by his appointment however I feel their were much better options out there than him. This appointment wont be called manager. I think it will be something like Head of First Team Operations or something. Basically meaning Cortese and Reed will buy players for him and he just has to coach them. He will also be their 'yes' man. The appointment wont exactly excite the players to perform either.

No it doesnt because that would be caused by someone putting on a large sum of money. It DOES NOT mean that person will be appointed. A betting agency can pull any market at any time they like either if they 'believe' something may be about to happen OR that they could potentially lose a lot money on the market.
