Exactly. I am actually glad we arent splashing the cash. West Ham said they would need tens of millions of pounds in loans just to survive if they got relegated from the Prem but now they are spending millions on players again. Makes you think they are gambling on promotion. Leicester on the other hand don't actually have a rich owner in football terms. He is only worth £113m and one of the poorest owners in the league. If strikes me that he is there to makes some money by getting them promoted and selling on (especially after watching dispatches). Therefore if they don't go up I think he may run.

Have you watched him play week in week out?? I have and anyone who thinks he is utter turd is a moron. In fact most people that tell me he is crap are Sheffield Wednesday fans, who will use anything (in this instance, goals scored) to take the **** out of the Blades. People we're raving about CMS. Evans is exactly that kind of player but younger, quicker and more powerful.

To be honest, in this league I think the majority want to zip the ball around. We are not top dogs anymore so I doubt teams will try and counter us quite as much as they did in League One. I also think the standard of pitches are much higher in this league so wont be much of a problem either.

For what its worth I have watched Sheffield United a lot over the last two season as my old man is a Blade and I live in Sheffield for half the year. I actually said we should go for Ched on another thread. He works his socks off, is actually fairly quick, is strong and has a powerful shot (possibly more so than Lambert). He didn't have the best of times at Sheffield United, which is also down to the fact they have been quite poor lately. He really roughs up the defenders like a terrier, similar to CMS. I would personally make a bid for him, I think he could play up front with Lambert or replace him if he got injured.

They are in financial difficulty and have openly said they need to offload the top earners which includes montgomery, quinn and evans. Wilson cant build his own team unless this happens. This is why Wilson said he would sell Evans for less than £1.5m to get rid of him quickly.
