Ever think they were told not to go charging around, flying into 50/50 challenges and risking injury or cards? We played very solidly for half an hour, but when we went behind, it was obvious we weren't going to get anything from it so eased up. A replay would've been no good for us. I think NA set them up to attack, and win it or lose it. Wigan, Fulham, QPR, Sunderland with replays they won't have wanted.

What the f*ck are you on about? The only change that wasn't enforced was Rodriguez in for Lambert, which worked well. The game was over when he ****ed about with bringing in de Ridder and Lee.
-
Our habit of having a decent half then falling apart and conceding in the last 10 minutes has got to stop. I never thought we'd maintain the discipline and work rate of the first half hour, but we fell to pieces. Poor in possession, we're forever putting ourselves in the sh*t by trying to do too much in tight areas instead of spreading it and playing the easy ball, and keeping possession. Glad we're out, in a way. Just hope Jose's injury isn't too bad.

Penalty. FFS. Hit him in the chest too

It's getting worse and worse. Total horse's d*cks on the commentary, De Ridder is a clown and shouldn't be anywhere near the 18, and Villa just went 2-1 up. Might give them confidence. FFS

Doesn't look like a break, probably twisted or hyperextended knee IMO. Surely a few weeks out. Poor decision making all over the pitch, all day long.
-
Disaster. Hooiveld to give away 2 pens and at least 1 o.g.
-
They had Mata and Hazard on the bench, and played sh*t, AND QPR got very lucky.
-
This will be a raping now. Keep giving it away trying to play in tight situations, as we did first half. Commentators drooling over them again. FFS, Saints need to play it easy sometimes!
-
Need to take the sting out of this, they're in the mood. Need to score the next to avoid getting shafted IMO

Puncheon FFS

I'll eat my words then. WHAT a pass from Punch! Brilliant finish Rodriguez!
-
Puncheon is SO frustrating! Moments of brilliance, absolutely shocking decision making and his passing really isn't great.
-
Looking solid at the back. Keep making the wrong decision and picking the wrong pass further up the pitch.

F*ck me I'm glad I don't live in America. "Chelsea only lost one goal last time out, when we come back we'll tell ya about South Hampton's best chance of scoring". Get your own language instead of destroying ours.

To be fair the only change that isn't enforced is Rodriguez in for Lambert, and NA has done that by choice before. I think he wants to win today. Hope Rodriguez has a blinder. Always going to be tough without Clyne, Lallana, Ramirez and Lambert though, and Cork out of position.

1-0 Puncheon @ 105/1 Stranger things and all that....
-
Fair enough. Need them to have an off day as they did against QPR.
-
Stronger side than I was expecting. Could beat a below par Chelsea.

This. I lost nearly 3 stone between April and December, mainly due to a change in my diet. I stopped working away during the week which meant I could plan meals better (and I stopped being in the pub most nights after work), and it happened so quickly with a bit of gym time to get the muscles burning calories more quickly. Breakfast - instead of toast or cereal, have porridge. Lunch - instead of sandwiches, tuna or chicken salad (tuna is much cheaper to make so I usually have that) - apple and a banana during the day too Dinner - most of our meals used to contain pasta, rice or potatoes. Cut it out. Chicken/fish and veg is quick, easy and healthy. Buying all that fresh food is a bit more expensive, but it works so well. Now just under 14 stone, I'm aiming to get to 13 but that might be a bit of a push. Regular 5 mile or 10k runs, a few push ups, sit ups and chin ups a few times a week is plenty to keep the weight loss steady, and I now don't have to be anywhere near as strict with the diet. It's now all about getting properly fit rather than less fat. Can do 10k in just over 50 mins but want to be running further and faster. Best bit of advice I had, if you naturally put on weight quite quickly as I do: to lose the weight and keep it off, you've got to make a lifestyle change, there are no miracle fixes or shortcuts. It's a simple equation - burn more calories than you take in, you WILL lose weight. Also, work hard at first to build some lean muscle, that'll help to strip that fat off and burn calories more quickly.

I'm sure I read that he's still on 90k pw, but Brighton are only paying a bit of that while he's on loan from Citeh. Not really the sort of deal we go after. And you say prem experience delldays - the only experience he's had in the last 4 years was sitting on the bench and picking up his ridiculous wages. That said, he does look decent enough today.

All depends on how meaningful the goal is. Anything between some loud shouting, fistpumping etc, and going absolutely mental and ending up four rows infront of where I started, on my face at someone's feet, holding onto whoever I could grab hold of. They're my favourite ones.

Was sure it was more. I remember the grim drive to that grim place, their keeper played a blinder and we just couldn't get the ball in the net.
