I play live once a week, or i did until the numbers started falling. Played in an amateur poker league, used to get between 30 and 40 runners each. Really good fun, league ran for 3 months then every quarter there would be an end of season tournament for the top players in each league. Best performance was 4th from a starting field of 220, quite happy with that. Only gets around 12-14 players at the venue now so dont play so much. Played a few times in Vegas, if you go to Vegas and you play Texas Holdem you cant not play! Play pokerstars online, only small stakes. Cant aford to lose so dont stake a lot. Best result 1st from 630 runners at Christmas but only a 3 dollar buy in so didnt hand in my notice on return to work! To the OP i'd recommend playing The Nuts League, although there's not a lot in Southampton by the look of their website, a few in Winchester though. Couple of mates play that league, they say its pretty good

43 Fair Oak First game 1977 - 0-0 FA Cup game vs Everton, watched from the chocolate boxes (we lost the replay 1-0, O'Keiffe getting the winner, which I thought was a stupid way of spelling my name) First away lord knows! More than likely a London game, Chelsea I expect. Gonna have to think about this more...

West ham would have won the league weeks ago....

Whatever his reasons, I think it quite a bizarre thing to say. Odd fellow. I still have them as favorites to win it although this weeks results prove there will be many more twists and turns to come. -
especially as its on the TV pretty much every day anyway!!

As with many fixures, another potential banana skin. Ipswich really on a good run, currently 4th in the form table 5 wins from last 8 and will not have forgotten the hiding we gave them early in the season. Would I take 4 points from the next 2 games? Probably. Least likely result is 0-0 so put your cold hard on that!

At first i denied it was a "mid life crisis" as crisis seems a bit strong, but at the age of 36 i decided i wanted to learn to ride a motorbike so did that and bought a fast (ish) one. Sold it last year as I did 145 miles between MOT's and figured it was taking up room and money so sold it and bought a laptop and tv and holiday to morocco. hardly crisis, hardly life changing (suppose it could have killed me, about as life changing as an event can be i guess) but thats my awesome contribution to the fred

The Harp near Covent Garden. Im not an ale man but have had a few ales in there and liked them all. Oft meet in there when up in the smoke, does a smashing panini too! And the Bear and Staff Leicester Square. Oh, and the Griffin Chancery Lane for post match entertainment

Brilliant. Lambert probably good enough for this league
-
i can absolutely guarantee the players do not see this as an easy game. its the 2nd tier of english football, i.e only 1 league "better", these are highly professional players and teams that all know there aint anything like an easy game in any league. Games may end up easy but nothing is easy before hand. nonsense. AND popy****.

Sean Dyche frightens me

Dont listen to local radio much, maybe a bit of Jack FM in the morning but im sure they've had a break in and been left with about 15 records. If I've not got 6 music on its NME radio. Bloody good is the only way to describe it. About 1 advert an hour, and nowt but quality tunage

quite a remarkable opinion considering we are the top scorers in the league. still, we didnt beat hitler for no reason, we're all entitled to an opinion

Getting tighter by the day. This could be the closest finish to a league in donkeys, any of the top 4 right now will fancy their chances of winning it, any of the top 11 or 12 will fancy a play off place. There is always a club that has a late run, could be Leicester. Always a club that has a glitch, for that one my money would go on Cardiff or 'Boro. I voted play off losers and I hate myself for doing that.

were you the fat bloke they showed on the giant screen blubbing onto your wife's shoulder?

pretty much agree with this. only met him a couple of times, used to have a few chats on the ugly with him, seems a decent bloke and gets far too much stick than he deserves.

this as for input, i have non to offer

im still not going, dont care what you say

This is what handsome man Dowie said on Sky too. He thought we'd set our game plan out to be ready for the big high game but were caught by their passing and moving and wasnt until the sending off did we adjust (or them change to hoof) Hammers fans I know dont like the way he plays sometimes but yep, spot on they're top and will probably remain top.

I'm busy and can't make it. That's my excuse
-
cool. We rock. We're Southampton, we'll beat you when we want 2-0 Saints. Dominating.

clicked on the link, it said "west hams last win over their opponents came in October 2001. That cant be right!?
