I sort of agree but can't help compare what Pardew has done (v good signings, in my view, but a bot tardy on the CB front (and I'd get a new keeper too)) and what Strachan might have done in terms of morale and motivation. Upshot is I reckon we'd have about 3 more points at the mo. We'll get better. Just slowly.
Can you honestly see us keeping a clean sheet? With that 'corridor of uncertainty' at the back between keeper and defence? 2-2 or maybe a 2-1 if we're lucky.
