  1. God our style of football is utter shit. Boring overpassing. Slow, dull, without any threat. It’s so tedious. As soon as there is a sniff of something we get a nosebleed and pass it back or lose it. Think I might switch over. Such an inevitability about conceding and none of rsvhave the balls to actually attack or take the game to them. Appalling.
  2. Classic - loads of possession, not really threatening, then losing it high and they go straight up other end so quickly and easily and have a chance. How has this not yet been seen as an issue? Happens all the time. Leave so much space. It’s suicidal.
  3. Holgate. Zero chance of clean sheet. Both teams to score market is good for us at the moment
  4. Never in doubt.
  5. Che Adams means goals goals goals
  6. Mid table. As predicted. Can’t defend. Tactics wrong. Humdrum. Boring. And so it continues.
  7. If we ask him to play the way Che does he will just wander about a bit pretending he's too good for this league and that he wished he'd gone to Everton or whoever else whilst occasionally letting the ball hit his 50p head or scuffing a clear chance straight at the keeper. So that will be good. The team looks so much better without Adams anywhere near a starting berth. I hope Stewart is an old fashioned, direct striker who knows how to kick a ball roughly at the goal, and not how to miss sitters from one yard out in crucial matches. Personally am quite optimistic about him, but like others cannot really understand why we didn't go for Piroe (sufficiently). Was clearly the right choice. As will be getting a no-nonsense keeper in January (not that we will do that as we are allergic to decent keepers and have been for a decade)
  8. I hope it’s just ‘shop window’ for Che as he is the root cause of so much mediocrity at the club. So hope we sell him in January. Awful.
  9. Which is the total opposite of being ‘brave’
  10. Che is back which can only mean goals goals goals. #sarcasm #hesshit
  11. We have to go balls out for the win with goals goals goals and not just do a Saints and turn up expecting to win because they are lowly, fanny around and end up losing. Hope Martin has them in the right frame of mind for this. Be ruthless and attack with pace, right from the start. Would be a massive shame to underestimate them, or somehow not be fired up, with a group expecting to win. With this bunch you can never be sure.

    James Ward-Prowse

Talksport rhapsodising about JWP and amazed he hasn't made the England side. Same JWP who they didn't mention before he moved. So idiotic that players are obviously picked (or not) for the teams they play for. Mind you, he is better than Kalvin Phillips
  13. Get Bednarek to the Rugby World Cup. PS this commentator hates us. What a nob.
  14. Nope. Awful miss.
  15. Truly shocking header from Stu. Think I could have scored that. Sort of thing that comes back to haunt us
  16. Why are we giving them so much bloody space? Manager needs to be communicating more. Tighten the fuck up
  17. Losing the ball all over the place. Downes again. Awful.
  18. Here we go. Downes was useless there
  19. Graham Potter is available
  20. I agree with all of this and it is very depressing. The only thing slightly in RM's favour is that even before he arrived we as a club have a very strong tendancy to turn promising players into shite, so maybe it is something deeper in the set up, and/or bad eggs stinking the place out/causing dischord. Hell, even Aribo was pretty useful when he first arrived. It's the reverse Midas effect, and will be an oil tanker or three to turn around. But a quicker way would be having a coach who concentrates on the basic, not reinventing the wheel so it is shit and square shaped.
  21. The trouble is, all the players we have at our disposal are those without any real drive or determination. They all appear to believe they're above all this. And that just doesn't cut it in this league. I'd rather we tried the kids - mystifying why we let Ballard out on loan. He at least would give it a right go, rather than the skill-less bellend that is Che Adams. We need triers, not mercenaries. But the playing system/style does nothing to encourage anything but trying to retain the ball until we inevitably lose it and concede. It is madness. RM gets no plaudits for bravery aka sticking obstinately to a system that doesn't work with the resources we have. I'd not call that bravery. I'd call that stupidity. Sticking with my prediction of mid-table by the end of the season, offered on day one, because Martin's sides concede too many. My mistake then was saying we would score loads too. Not seen that bit yet...
  22. Home loss. Piroe to score. Scar tissue. We played well. Che Adams runs around as if he's too good for us. Along with two or three others who can't be arsed. We slip further down the table. Lots of moaning on here. Calls for manager's head. He isn't sacked because SR know much more than us about football. They're clever, and are revolutionising the game by playing it around really slowly and then losing it and the goalie missing it. It's genius. The rest of the league, with their desire to play at pace with passion and strength are just dinosaurs. We know better, and it will work a treat in League One because... (repeat until we all die)
  23. More clever clever bollocks when all we want is solidity, experience and grit. Atrocious. Oh. Piroe scored again. Not good enough for us though. Twats
  24. As predicted so, so shit
  25. Holgate starting. I give up
