Apparently Saints legend Matt Le Tissier tried on the new kit, and was quoted as saying he liked it as it was "very roomy".

Really, really nice job Gecko, the two do not even compare. I would love it if they used yours, or something more like yours. It looks great in gold, but would also look awesome with green tree, blue water etc.. Nice one.

exactly. make the easy option. I have 3 saints shirts with Le Tissier 7, and one england shirt with the same (recent england shirt...)

The shading on it make it look like clip art, although the gold helps it look a bit more distinguished than usual. The red nose isn't great, but the football that is normally there doesn't look good either. I hate to say this, but I've never really liked our crest. It always seemed poorly designed and old fashioned. We need a new one.

I've been trying to find out if it even has a release date over here, I know it has done the festival run, but no luck yet.. It looks really good though.
