How do I get back the two or more hours of my life it took to watch 'The Master' by PT Anderson, with Phillip Seymour Hoffman and Joaquin Phoenix? What an absolute bag of w a n k. Nothing happened. Nothing happened. If suspense is waiting to see of the entire film you've watched so far is actually going to go anywhere then I suppose it was suspenseful. And an absolute bag of w a n k. Pretentious, meandering, self important drivel. I've read a few reviews that go the whole 'if you didn't like it then you didn't understand it' route, but they are talking out of their ar ses. He's a great director but that can't change the fact that this movie was an absolute, saggy, soggy, squelching, slightly crusty bag of w a n k. To recap. The emperor has no clothes on. And he's wa nk ing into a bag.

Cheers mate. I'm doing a Bootcamp / crossfit style class (plenty of kettle bells...) 5 times a week at the moment, and still running plenty so hopefully will be able to give it a good go. There's a team from the gym doing tough mudder together so it should be fun. I didn't want to run a marathon again this year, but fancied a new challenge!

Well said. It's obviously different to George Best, Gazza is simply lost and from the looks of things, utterly helpless. It's heartbreaking to watch. People can talk about a waste of talent, but it seems far from deliberate. I just think he has never really had much of a clue in regards to most things in his life. Simply turning up and playing football for money must have been SO much easier for him than anything else, before or after.
