I've watched him every week and have come to the conclusion that the majority of our fans who think he is guff are retarded. Not had the best season but quite clearly a level above League 1 and the majority if not all of our other players. When he's a success in a decent championship team like Newcastle or Reading we shall see how many of these people come back and say letting him go for a cheap price was stupid and Lowe's fault somehow.

If anyone dares not run around while actually producing naff all like Brett Ormerod they are gash.
-
Not really considering if Harry and Spurs think he along with others could fire them into the top 6. Also you seem to be implying there is common sense and value for money when it comes to football transfers. That went ages ago. Players go for the price the selling club need to fund a replacement plus other possible investments. Not what players are worth. Players have no worth. If the buying club say he is only worth 10 million but the selling club want 20m because they need 15 for a replacement and the other 5 for other projects then the buying club have to give them 20 or there going to miss out.

Not exactly average is he. On his day, like Drogba, although not technically superb he is quite simply unplayable and with a bit of coaching he could do that on a regular basis. Nobody is buying his technical ability and class like a Torres or Keane but his power and ability to destroy any defender and defence is worth 20 million if he is being coached and playing for a top level team. Only problem is Spurs are not that team IMO.

Love the way that just because we only know his name then it is fact that he is going to be in full charge of the club if his bid is accepted. The idea that he is a go between and actually has very little to do with the bid has never been thought off. On a lighter note, having just seen his face for the first time, I'm pretty certain I watched the league cup final last year sat behind him, Andrew Davies and Adam Hammil. He was talking to them about going to America for the summer and joined in my drunken theres only one Andrew Davies chants.

Dodd was the main ring leader if I remember correctly. Rumours that Beattie was subbed at half time during a game but nobody agreed so they just went out for the second half with him.

Still a legend in my eyes. Apart from that Pompey performance someone mentioned earlier.

Anyone wanna give me the backround on this bloke? I know nothing about the Bournemouth situation.

This is possibly the most ridicoulous thread that has been on here for a long time. Does anyone seriously believe there is even a slight chance of him playing for us next season? Shows how retarded some people are on this forum.

DMG. By a mile. Then Gillet and James. Anyone slating DMG attitude is clueless. Just because he is not Brett Ormerod and doesn't run around like a headless chicken all game does not mean he has an attitude problem. Anybody tried playing upfront on your own? I don't see Berbatov/Henry/Van Nistlerooy etc running around like mugs while playing upfront. I believe it was James Beattie who said Strachan taught him that as a Striker, not moving can be just as effective way losing a marker than running around like a ****. DMG, has all his career (anyone who has watched him in youth teams and reserve games will note this) been the sort of player that likes to drop off and get involved, not chase everything down. Now that he's been playing off a target man (a ****ing ****e one at that) he's been able to become a bit more effective and has worked his socks off ontop of that. It's not easy playing upfront on your own. Its probably not that easy playing upfront with Jason Euell either, but without DMG and his goals (however few you think that might be) we'd be alot worse off than Charlton. If he stays, he'll be the best forward in League one by a mile.

There is something very enjoyable about watching your team get beat 3-1 and celebrating their goals more than your own! Carlisle away on a tuesday night?...YES PLEASE!

That certainly looks like it could be the one yes. If this could be moved into the main forum so more people see it I would be grateful.

I'll eat my computer if he goes to a Premier League team.

League deduct 10 Points - Will apply in L1 Next Season
Hopkins replied to Danny's topic in The Saints
I'm not denying were guff. We deserve to go down, but no player goes out having gave up. Each and every one of them wanted to win and stay up. To say the players gave up/didn't care etc is an easy excuse for fans to aim at players. To have given up in March by going into administration and accepting the points deduction would have been absurd and no doubt about it would have caused more horrendous amounts of hatred for Lowe. Much happier we gave it a go and left it as late as possible before doing it. -

Thats what you wanted. All I wanted was for us to fight for a chance to stay up and in The Championship. Just because you wanted something doesn't mean its the right thing to do. Alright were down now, but i'm glad we attempted staying up and than give up in march and plan for next season when this one wasn't even over. However **** you are, giving up is just embarrasing. (Don't start saying **** like "The players gave up ages ago blah blah blah." Its boring and untrue.) -

Anyone who would rather we'd go bankrupt than he take over if he is the only option is a helmet. Don't even get me started on the mugs that would choose not watch there football team play because he was around. -

Anyone got the proof where it says in the football league administration rules that if a club and its parent company are inextricably linked the club will be docked? -
Thing is though they are not stuffed as you put it. They are footballers. If the club folds they will go play football somewhere else. However nice it would be for them to put money back into the club, just like us they don't have too and they have alot less feelings about the club than we do.

Get a season ticket. It's one of the "perks".
-
What are the chances of me being able to get a ticket on Monday. Its the earliest I can buy.
-
Hideous player but with Gillet he's exactly what we need.
-
WTF? Explain this comment.... Either explain it or admit it's just one of those "all young people have an attitude...back in my day blah blah" **** comments. I'd love to see how the guy who's captained the youth teams and reserve teams since he's been at our club has an attitude which needs sorting out... ****.

Its the team I said above. No idea what people's fascination is with playing Skacel in attacking midfield. He's a left winger if anything not an in behind the strikers player and dropping McGoldrick who's been our best player for a while now for Skacel who's declared he doesn't want to play for us and has been ****e when he has is an absurd idea. The team were playing tomorrow as above is pretty much the best were going to get. Its probably our most effective for our direct style of play now and as the person who told me the team "its all about character tomorrow"
-
There must be a way to edit your posts surely?

Team for tomorrow I am led to believe from a player is this... Davis Lloyd Perry JPS Rudi Wotton Lallana McGoldrick Surman Euell and Saga
