A Liverpool supporting friend of mine when talking about them signing our squad in the summer told me that I should be "chuffed" that a team like Liverpool think my teams players are good enough to be in a team that will challenge for the league. This irritated me considerably. Its like if your girlfriend left you for a celebrity you should be chuffed that she's good enough for them in the first place.

Do you guys still need a Ref? I don't have a game this weekend due to season ticket so would be more than happy to do it.

Hello again everyone, Just chipping in with some more info. I linked the "leaked" photo to my person at the club and asked if that was it. They replied "pretty much". I asked if the gold was right and I got a straight out yes. Also, to follow up from my last post, (although I think its been said already), following the collapse of the Lotus deal aap3 are back in and some people have lost their jobs over the whole debacle. Again, just sharing what I know. Hope its of some interest.

Did some digging over the weekend, no idea if this is new info or already known but from what I was told by someone within the club - Definitely new Sponsors. aap3 simply cannot afford it. Was all set to be Lotus but they pulled out due to some kind of disagreement. Although nothing is set in stone the aim is for the kit launch to be 1st July. Anyway, that's all I was told. They didn't know anything certain about the design but did seem to think (in their opinion) that it would NOT be stripes and will be all red again. Just passing this on. Hope its of some interest.

A big advantage to waiting till after is that they all do come out at a similar time, managed to get one of those new team posters fully signed (except Gaston, damn it). They all come out from the large ambulance (?) gate by the player car park. HTH
