Unbelievable OP. What planet is he on? Does Dune know how much we have bid for whichever player we are suppose to be interested in? Its all here say, no one knows what is going on, rumour, rumour and more rumour. We had 5 1st team players out last night, RL, AL, JF, RC and Richardson. Any team in any league with that number of key players out would struggle. Yes, we need to strengthen and I am positive that NC and NA will bring in teh required reinforcements, but those players must fit in with the pay structure at the Club. We have another week to buy players, judge NC and NA after 31st January.

Well we are in the driving seat, as it were. 90 points will almost certainly give us the league title and the way we have played for most of this season I can see no reason why we wouldn't get those 90 points. 10 home games, well that is at least 27 points, so just 13 points from 10 away games...........

Davies has been a great servant to the Club, stood by us and has earnt all our support and admiration. However, the time has come to buy a new experienced commanding keeper. In the premiership next we must have a new keeper and many more mistakes by KD in the next few mnatches and we'll need a new keeper to get us up!! At 37 KD is not good enough now for this league.

Absolutely right!! We were robbed by D'Urso........... again. The man must hate us as I have yet to see him ref a game in which we have been involved and he has refereed fairly. The man is a complete c^&t!! And we should appeal the sending off, RL is clearly trying to get up and there is such an exaggerated head movement from the cheating bandit that it obviously was designed to get the player sent off. If RL intended to hit the tw£t, firstly he would have been looking at the target and secondly think he would have used significantly more force. RL was off balance, practically on the ground with the cheat all over him, he was simply trying to get up. Disgraceful decission and graceful behaviour by one player to another.

We need a decent CB, a midfielder with pace, a free scoring striker and a goalkeeper. Kasper Schmeichel, Snodgrass or Whittingham, Maynard or Sharp plus a decent CB. That's it!!

Been told by a mate who is a steward and will be on a coach, that any Saints fans gesticulating at skates going into skatesville will not get there tickets, if seen by the police that is. So be careful, the nick nicks are out to get us! May even get arrested.

Negative as usual Dune. We were due a bad run and we have just gained 4 points from 4 games, so that's it draw a line and get back to winning. Yes we need to strengthen in January, a goalkeeper and a proven goal scorer are a must plus a midfielder with pace and energy and another CB. We will be there at the end of the season just keep the faith!

I haven't bothered to read the post match thread as needless to say there was the normal "our bubble has burst" "we will struggle" We're not good enough" "we have been over performing" etc, etc. But we have extended our lead at the top. When will people realise that every team will have a bad spell. We have just had ours. So get real and have a little belief and faith in our team and our manager. We are top of the league on merit, 43 points from 21 games is a superb return; we will still be top of the league before we play the Skate scum unless WHU can win 5-0!!

Got 5 tickets in 1st allocation and 5 more tickets in 2nd allocation. All Season Ticket Holders and averaged 5 away games each. All seems fair to me!

It really is unbelievable the crap that some so called supporters post. Championship Chokers - two poor away performances and we are now chokers. Over achieving - since when has this team been over achieving? 13 wins out of 20 games is not over achieving, the team is playing to it's potential. As for the away performances, I have seen the matches at Ipswich, Leicester, Derby, Reading, Coventry and Bristol, 2 wins, 2 draws and two loses. To be fair we deserved 3 points at Leicester and Derby, Bristol and Reading we got what we deserved. So our away form needs to improve, we all know that and when the January window opens we will see if the Club and Nigel has the desire to push on. We need 3 or 4 quality players, buy a striker a CB, a winger with real pace and a quality midfielder and we will be covered for injury. Without decent signings we will begin to struggle and then posters can have a moan, but not now FFS. We are top on merit, not luck, not through other teams losing but through the fact that we have retruned a greater haul of points than any other team in the league. Plus we have destroyed very good teams along the way. We have had two very poor away performances, but that was always going to happen. Get behind the team and stop moaning. Enjoy our success FFS!!
