What a complete moron; if he had an ounce of common sense he'd have paid for his fuel and told them to let the next person have it. But of course it's already been long-since established he's got no common sense...
-
TBF I think what actually hurled him into the passing bus was him getting his trailing foot caught on the railings, although that said he would probably have still hit it anyway and it was incredibly stupid!
-
You weren't at the Palace game at St Marys last season then?!
-
The super slo-mo of the final punch was awesome! I'm no boxing expert, but methinks he should have taken the count on the first knockdown rather than getting up immediately in Bambi-esque fashion.

The guy was asking about the THREAT of a recession, and the threat of a recession has no bearing on me whatsoever.
-
I can't really see how a recession per se would affect anyone, unless they got made redundant or something as a result of it? If I was to lose my job, as a fair number of my colleagues recently have, of course it would affect my decision of whether to go or not, but until I do any recession would not play any part.

Total no-brainer; Saints every time! Funnily enough I've been thinking about this over the last few days, as I really couldn't care what England do in World Cup qualifying. How good was watching Euro 2008 without our lot and not having to watch the tripe they serve up before eventually losing dysmally in the quarter finals?!
-
It's now ****ing it down in Woolston so I imagine it is in West End, or at least soon will be.
-
I thought Dyer looked very interested today, he just didn't play that well.
-
I noticed some booing today but most of it was aimed at the ref from what I could tell. I don't agree with anyone who did boo the team today, but at least I respect them more than people who come on here and criticise others, whilst not being arsed to go themselves. 15,600 FFS; we used to get more than that at The Dell.

So we've done the double over Durham then, and us winning might just save us the points deduction for the unfit pitch, given that Ervine at least has shown it was possible to bat on it!
-
240-8; Hants win by 2 wickets!!
-
13 to win, two wickets left. Ervine is the man if we're going to do it....
-
My money would be on Durham right now; I'd say 65/35 Durham to win......
-
The Tuesday games are no good for me unfortunately as I play 5-a-side; deciding to move the midweek games from Wednesdays to Tuesdays last season has deprived Saints of at least 3 extra attendees..
-
A mate of mine has a leaflet which allows you to buy up to 4 tickets at 8 quid each; I think this is one of the once a season offers the club does, which should add a few to the expected attendance. I'll be going with him and two others, beats paying full price for a change, and TBH I wouldn't normally have bothered as it's on the box..
-
What a shot in the arm that was; I must take my share of the credit as I decided not to listen today after the bad luck I brought us by listening to the Cardiff match. Maybe this forum will be slightly more bearable for at least a few days now, until the doom and gloom merchants find something else to be depressed about...
-
Yeah I did see that after my post, but surely he was only training with us during a visit back here?
-
I think your 1-1 prediction might be right but I can't see Saga scoring, particularly given that he doesn't play for us at the moment
-
Evidently you are.
-
I opted for two training shirts as an alternative to either the home or away shirt; they seem better quality and don't have a crappy piece of plastic stuck on the front, and they cost almost half the price...
-
Because morons don't have money of course...
