Typical Mark Dennis tackle on Sammy Lee just now; might have got a red for that these days, it was that late....!!! -

Not sure mate but it's on at mine if you want to drop by?! -
Title says it all really. Programme lasts for over an hour so should be decent highlights; featuring Danny Wallace's Goal of the Season.

If you can find a Wendy's you've got to go there; their burgers are great. Used to be one in London I think but not any more? Or some other place that did the best salt beef sandwiches; can't remember the name but I did last go there in 1988!! -

It's just management speak drivel isn't it; has cropped up in numerous meetings I've attended over the years.... -

I'm very encouraged to see these points addressed; how often do you hear the phrase "we'll get back to you", and nothing is ever heard again?! -
I noticed this in the team photo that was in the middle of Saturday's programme; nice touch I thought. And it's now got pride of place on my 6 year-old's bedroom wall..
-
I stand corrected; having just watched the brief highlights on the BBC Sport web-site I definitely heard muffled shouts of "Handball!" when it hit the Yeovil player's hand!!
-
The Lallana corner issue raised itself again yesterday; when he came on Mills took 3 or 4 and they all looked dangerous. Then Lallana took one and floated it into the keeper's hands; totally wasted. On that basis Mills has to be the main corner taker when he's on.

Just seen the pens on BBC iplayer (52:30 in), which has pretty much confirmed how I saw them at the time. First one "looked" a pen for all the world, defender lunged in and got nothing on the ball; even Saga's going to ground didn't look as "dramatic" as it did live. The second one definitely hit the defender's hand; very harsh to be given but certainly no harsher than that given against Trotman the other week, so fair enough as far as I'm concerned (particularly given that the one against Trotman almost ruined my night out in Stockport!!!)
-
I think he might turn out to be a bit of a Wanchope (I mean this in a good way!!!). He strikes me as someone who perhaps plays on instinct and doesn't know what he's going to do half the time; and if he doesn't the opposition defenders sure as hell won't either!!

I was quite surprised to hear the attendance to be honest, as I'd have guessed there was about 17,500 there. Impressive!
-
Great; Waigo's not even played half an hour for us yet and he's already being written-off by someone who hasn't seen him play?!
-
I thought Jaidi & Trotman looked a very strong pairing today. Jaidi doesn't look the quickest though, but then again he is 34 I think, so fair enough!

From the Kingsland South the first one looked like Saga made a meal of it (he went down very much in a Klinnsmann-esque manner) but it did look like there was contact, so I thought it was a pen. As for the second, I wasn't aware of anyone in the ground who thought it was a pen other than the assistant; if it did hit the guy's arm then I didn't see any intent. Maybe it even's things up after the shocker given against Trotman at Stockport?
-
£10 tickets for local residents might help boost the attendance; I've bought 4 tickets for both Yeovil and Bristol Rovers as the promotion allows.
-
Yep, current utility bill. Got a newsletter from my brother who lives in Woolston; he lives near the Itchen Bridge and got one, I live nearer to Weston and didn't.
-
I assume their keeper will be suspended following his sending-off at the week-end?
-
In response to the 'plastic fan' taunts, I stayed up til gone 1 to watch the Saints bit. Really glad I made the effort; all it showed was the goals, Mills' chance for us in the first half and a couple of Charlton chances. If that was a 'featured' game I dread to think of what they showed from the rest of League 1...
-
He's got a very bad attitude by all accounts, and we don't want anyone upsetting the applecart so I'd steer clear. I remember Bristol City were on the verge of signing him a couple of seasons ago and Gary Johnson pullled the plug at the last minute due to his attitude.

Thanks for the advice all; it would seem that I need to call back and play hard-ball!! The girl I spoke to did also say that I could get a box off my own back and get it connected (the two cables bit people have mentioned does ring a bell but I'm not a techy!), and they would then 'switch it over' for me free of charge? Not sure if I can be doing with the hassle of that though, as I wouldn't have a clue about the two cable thing myself??!!

Seems that the wine's a recurring theme.......
