  1. I just asked 'arry Redknapp if he wants the job again, he doesn't. Glad that's sorted.
  2. Well, we could be top...
  3. Thanks guys! Sorry about the "y'all" - point noted Prof - I wasn't sure if he was injured or not at the time, just thought it made sense tactically too!
  4. Thought I'd write a talking points blog post for the season so far - hope y'all like it! (and if you hate it, let me know why...) http://liamgarrahan.com/2014/11/05/559/
  5. What makes them think that our price for Jay Rod will be any lower than what Swansea want for Bony? All seems a bit patronising.
  6. He wouldn't take part - he doesn't deal with anyone who wants him to be all philosophical
  7. I thought you'd all be interested in this: For my dissertation project I quizzed Matt Le Tissier, Franny Benali, Neil Maddison, Gordon Watson and Nigel Spackman on philosophy. They had to answer five football-themed philosophical questions and were given no longer than a minute to answer each one. They were then given points by a philosophy expert, forming a league table. The outcome is pretty funny so I'd appreciate it if you gave it a watch! Each episode is 7 - 8 minutes long. http://footballvsphilosophy.wordpress.com

  9. Hopefully we'll finally shake off the BTSport curse.
  10. I think it needs to be for certain offences - sin-binning players for diving would be a good start.
  11. I haven't seen this posted elsewhere but Michel Platini has suggested that he wants to introduce sin-bins to football, replacing yellow cards. I interviewed Le Tiss last night and got his say on the idea: http://winol.co.uk/2013/12/le-tissier-sin-bins-eradicate-cheating-football-7866
  12. There's a snippet of the interview here as well as highlights from Eastleigh and Totton. Full interview: http://winol.co.uk/2013/11/david-armstrong-interview-6956
  13. Cheers, he's very good. Knows his stuff and is a nice bloke off camera too!
  14. So I interviewed David Armstrong before his book event at AFC Totton on Thursday. He spoke about his book, who'll replace Tony Mowbray at Boro and of course there's a lot about Saints in there too. It's here if you're interested! http://winol.co.uk/2013/11/david-armstrong-interview-6956
  15. Would he 'respect' Guly though?
