  1. Two separate things. The Standard Code of Rules is for grassroots football. FA rule E3 is for misconduct, which can NOT lead to a points deduction, but could lead to fines for the club and individuals and bans for individuals. A further points deduction is NOT possible.
  2. I'd like to hear from Dragan Solak ASAP, not the people under him. He has football people in the club he can rely on, Marieanne Spacey-Cale for one! Get Simon Parker in too. I mean the women's team have been decently run - just for a couple of weeks to help steady the football side of things and maybe help advise on who to approach to replace Spors etc? I don't know, but he does have football people in the club to help who aren't tarnished by this crap. But Parsons, Spors, Tonda downwards should all walk today.
  3. No we can't. The club have been sanctioned / punished, this is for individuals.
  4. I can see Charles at a club like Bournemouth or Brighton. Well run, good squad that will need extra players for a longer campaign next season who will no doubt have a couple of their biggest players picked off over the summer - inevitable.
  5. Shoot me down or whatever, but my only hope (Obi-Wan) is that Katrina Liebherr has enough connections to take back full ownership and try to honour the work her Dad wanted to do. She's still got 20% for a reason, there must be some attachment there you'd think. With the right advisor (!!!!!!!!) that would work.
  6. That's so true. Reading Neil Warnock's book on his time in Management (*), he was talking about trying to sign players before Tony Fernandez got the club and the chaos he has to go through with sign off from the CEO (name escapes me) then Bernie Ecclestone, then Flavio Briatore. Flavio was often unobtainable and so he missed out on many players. But given how slow we seem to be when making key decisions, it's obvious we decide by committee and some of that committee may not be easily obtainable. (*) Warnock also talks about a dislike of dealing with Saints when Cortese was here. Said he couldn't stand him and he was a nightmare to deal with. Puncheon loan fee of £200k suddenly increased from £150k, just "because" as an example. Good book.
  7. With Eckert still in charge ... I can see it now ... 😂
  8. Yeah - any of those 3, but none will take it.
  9. Just a word for the players from this season. The coaching team and leadership of the club can all do one, they've messed it up completely, but the players made much of this season enjoyable, some great performances, amazing team spirit, some superb comebacks and a team I actually liked. I feel sorry for them that after all their hard work all round, they won't get their day out at Wembley (again) and potential rewards. I'd love to think many will stay and try again next season with a new coaching and leadership team in charge, but completely understandable for any that want out, it would be a huge shame. So thanks players, you guys were brilliant. Big thanks to Larin and Peretz too for coming in on loan and making a huge difference later on in the season.
  10. I'd quite like a season ticket refund tbh.
  11. 3-0, nice one Villa
  12. It turned out their ITKs were more ITK originally, but who knows.
  13. Best Contribution to Saintsweb 2026, nominations from; Tonda, Gibbo, Pannick
  14. I can imagine that! I worked for a year with a (now former) Chair of the Bar before (when they were still QC), they are an interesting lot!
  15. Where's Ralph Krueger these days?
  16. 100% and it's for them (as well as our enjoyment) that I'd be delighted to go and support the players.
  17. "we've got Eckert, Tonda Eckert" ... yeah I think a few would struggle 🌚
  18. I mean I'd be gutted as a Hull fan not to go to Wembley for the occasion, but hell yeah, why not 😂
  19. Good news, my son's play off hat he wanted has just been delivered from Saints, swift delivery. Straight back it goes ...
  20. Let's just do the season again, but I don't want Wolves, West Ham and Burnley joining us, no thank you. Same teams, let's go.
  21. This. It's arrogant to assume we'd have beaten Hull.
  22. Finally. Something.
  23. Interesting point and genuine question. Is it legal to sell the same seat to someone else? As it stands right now, I have paid £162.50 for 1 adult and 1 child. Those tickets are still mine, I can't transfer them, nor can I resell them. So how is it legal that Wembley can sell the same seats again?
  24. Their booking fee is cheaper too 😂
