’m not so convinced he is staying at all costs though .. surely after 9 losses out of eleven games he must be at least on the cusp of going .. it’s hard To even make a argument in favour of him any more, the board won’t be completely blind to that or the staggeringly one sided polls the support is gonna soon be at jones levels if it isn’t already . id actually say there is a pretty fair chance they could be considering lallana, I mean they don’t seem to have to have any urgency or worry about no body wanting the job if Martin keeps racking up losses .But if they really rate Adam and are just gonna throw him a shot like they did with sellers it coincides with the lack of urgency that they have shown so far The lallana move always had more to it then just signing him as a player,he could easily be in the ear of the board all the time they would know if he wants he or not. if they are grooming him his as a successor there’s not so much need to panic with Martin.. that’s about the only theory I can make with any sense how Martin is still here actually

I think you know exactly where I was going with this you just decided to evade the debate by picking apart the made up scenarios .. let’s make it clearer. I take no pleasure in saying this and absolutely despise Liverpool .. but I think the best result for us Is they absolutely annihilate us .. it’s for the greater good . The reason his tactics are so flawed is it’s better especially when you don’t have the best players in the league to break fast when the other team doesn’t have time to set up and organise the defence .. he does the opposite gives them all the time in the world to set up whilst we fanny around in our own half to make our possession stats look pretty .. then to top it off demands we play dangerously out from the back .. if the other team press well or we misplace a pass it results in a goal. the whole approach is mad for a team who buys the cheapest players in the league..even Brighton and Bournemouth now have huge record signings in comparison .. why the board seem absolutely blinded to all this is mad .. Martin achieved about par last season getting 4th with one of the best squads in the league now he doesn’t have that he loses every game and isn’t willing to change .. this is our whole situation. I’m more annoyed at sports republic then I am Martin at this stage. Absolutely shocking. I find it mad that everyone seems to want him to fail to be proved right ..this is the man who just got about 50 goal contributions last season and was absolutely key in getting your team into the premiership in the first place. he’s getting into scoring positions most games which is more then most of our players are doing to call him not premier league player is super harsh

Judging goals by appearances is a crap way of judging a striker.. go with starts if you have to. don’t you think he’s looking a lot more lively this season then he did under hasenhuttl ? From what i remember under Ralph he was quite anonymous .. but this season he’s getting into scoring positions in pretty much every match he’s played and also contributing in some chances created. He looks a lot more confident this time around ?

Well cometh the hour cometh the man. as I was saying in the week he’s been lively most appearances this season so no surprise he pops up with a goal.I think he takes a lot of grief with people thinking he’s not premiership quality but as long as he keeps getting in the positions he has been goals will come .Martin spoke in the post match conference about archer not getting much support so hoping he’s thinking of fitting arma back in

I’m guessing the reason he flopped at villareal was because in a technical passing side he doesn’t have the technical ability and kinda sucks ., probably why villareal where open to giving him up dirt cheap .. looks like he’s more the type for a direct shit house team like sheff utd .. we didn’t really do our homework on this one

To be fair I think it’s harsh to criticise him for changing starting line ups. when you haven’t won a game not giving others oppurtunitys would look just as stupid .

Actually think he’s at his best in this wide right position, he is at least getting involved in creating chances and seems confident in shooting on sight and we know he can finish. I think there’s room ti fit him in whilst keeping dibling in and it probably upgrades our attack
