I wouldn’t mind so much if when we sold our best players it was with a plan to strengthen us on the pitch but it isn’t .. we simply go straight back to bargain buying in the 10-20 range again rinse and repeat . if you really don’t agree that we are the most unambitious club in the league ask yourself this ? If us and another prem league club both go for a player at the start of the window name one club that would lose out to us ?

In reply to 4 and 5 I generally believe we are The most unambitious club in the league the players you call expensive flops are not expensive in comparison to the rest of the league which is what matters .. also we are absolutely soft as shit when it comes to selling players it’s like we accept our role as a stepping stone club .. whee you look the likes of West Ham’s or even forest and Bournemouths transfer dealings you can see why they are now looking at us in their rear view We have basically pretty much stood still in terms of how much we spend on a big signing whilst the likes of the three mentioned above would happily double what we pay or more .. the lack of ambition reflects our position I’m afraid

Thought it was pretty obvious we are a shit depressing club that’s only interest is turning profit on players, not what’s happening on the pitch.. celebrating a poxy 5 mil on meghona is Mickey Mouse as Fuck with everything else going on .. call me old fashioned but I take more pleasure from what the player does on the pitch then if we turned a profit or not Our whole recruitment approach is destined to fail as we prioritise trying to to make a few mill on cheapo players rather then to be competitive on the pitch .. even the decent signings we make will soon go and we get left with mediocre squad filler shit and the only thing to cheer about is how much we get for dibling/fernandes or whoever.

Yeah to be fair downes was out which left him only les and atibo.. but I guess we could have put fernandes in there? And with downes back we still had the two man midfield we do look a lot better now in attack and not as slow and ponderous .. but we still are super easy to score against so I think the tactics are still wrong and we could do with maybe a three man midfield covering that can make us less easy to cut through . a lot of us wanted a more pragmatic manager like moyes but I don’t think juric has really been that.. he’s improved the attack but we are still a shambles at the back

I kinda like juric seems a decent guy and I do think he’s improved us attacking wise and it’s nice he’s recognised the potential in Paul and sully . However I think the concern is he’s not really making us any more hard to beat then under russ really.. the two man midfield I’m not sure is a good idea as our central midfield is probably our weakest area player wise We have very little in the way of solid defensive midfielders . not knocking him and happy for him to continue at the moment just find it a bit concerning when we are putting out rwo man midfields with two of aribo downes and les being the personnel

Same like archer I think he’s a lot better then we have really seen but we are not playing to his strengths ..he seems a good finisher and pacy but tends to go missing in games as the ball doesn’t stick up top with him ,, think if you had him paired with Paul who he could play off he would be a lot better .. atm onuachu gives the most to our side as a striker as he’s the one that can hold the ball up and bring others into play he doesn’t go missing

Don’t think russball helped. the formation kind of had him out too wide and isolated the striker , also he’s not technically great so the passing style didn’t really suit .. again though he didn’t really have that many opportunities before getting dropped . Not gonna argue against that though he was poor tbh we should have a really strong championship side next season without even having to make many signings .. the likes of him and AA even are 20 a season strikers although I’d rather keep the likes of kamsldeen onuachu and archer

He’s had 360 mins this season so 4 full games .. last season was out on loan. and in the relegation season hardly got a sniff with selles if that equates to two years ok then. he’s had more good performances then bad this season I think we are a better team with him on the pitch

Surely make more sense to start sully and Paul . Both of them had close to motm performances since juric has been here:. Paul suddenly being out seems weird he’s been better then AA and archer

I like him.. hes had some decent performances with not really many opportunities. . He’s decent at holding the ball up and gives us something in games where we can’t get the ball to stick up top.. even if he hasn’t scored yet he still had useful attributes ..could still be a good foil for the likes of sulemana happy for him to stay personally

Coukd also view it as looking like giving a shit when a manager actually puts a bit of faith in you .. it must be quite demoralising to get thrown on for 3 minutes at the end of games or hooked as a scapegoat after 15 minutes when losing to spurs .,at the same time the haters clock up another appearance he didn’t contribute in .. conoare that to someone who sees the good in you like juric then the player will start to build confidence enjoy his football again and effort will seem more worthwhile .

People are too quick to slag off players even cornet and orsic got called shit and they hardly got a game 😂 prople say kamaldern has been shit for two years but seem to miss the point that he had a totally injury disrupted season last year .. then fell out of favour with Martin and he has only now started getting any meaningful game time ., judging stats by appearances is also pointless when the player is only getting 5-10 minutes to make any impact

Wouldn’t get too excited about dragan to the rescue .. he was dumb enough to run with these idiots in the first place .. Markus on the other hand trusted Cortese who didn’t really put a foot wrong in terms of us hitting our targets and constantly improving .. It’s good that he’s finally snapped into some action but if we can trust his judgement is another question

Nah he has good games but people just don’t like to remember them the 3-3 Tottenham game and Liverpool games last time we where in the prem. wasn’t there a championship match he got three assists ? the Tottenham game I mentioned he made a couple of great runs from a central position so it’s interesting that he played so well from a central position this time . When he runs at defenders from central he has more option to go either side instead of hugging the touch line ..

Snow on it or not it it still set up a clear goal scoring chance that kwp should have finished .. sully really should have been walking away with a goal and two assists

Lol reasonable makes his performance sound ok .. not only did he score a totally class chip he set up diblings goal .. played a perfect lofted ball to kwp which kwp should have scored and beat players for fun getting shots off .. to call that only reasonable seems like you really don’t wanna give any credit

Players seem to become worse in many fans eyes when they are not getting consistent starts.. look at Abk looked a star in the making under hssenhuttl yet now gets talked about like he was a useless buy .. bad attitudes could also be due to not being in the managers plans I prefer to judge on what I see on the pitch

I know we had this kinda debate with Adam Armstrong in the prem and I’ll give you that one ;). But sulemana didn’t really have much of a run under Martin .. was injured for a fair chunk of last season and didn’t force his way back in .. this year he got the odd 5 mins here and there before juric came in .. still not sure how good he is tbh but he’s definitely not as bad as a lot of people make out.. I think if he was a academy player of the same age he would be treated a lot different

Probably won’t be a popular opinion but abk showed a much higher level then ThB has in the top flight.. seems to be a fair bit of false hype around THB due to him being a young English cb from city and the call up, can’t think of any dominating performances from him this season even wood has probably looked better since coming in
