Yes, the keepers acknowledgement to us at the end was accepted. Fair play to him as he got caught with plenty of abuse and a few chips. Might be worth letting Hartlepool or Saints know re Stewards (Not sure the smokers will agree) im not a smoker but to stop any smoking even by the bars which was sort of outside seems a bit harsh.

Quality moment. The bloke did not have a clue we were singing at him, even his steward mates were laughing. For once it was good to go to a ground with stewards with common sense.

We were never going to lose but were missing something to have enough to win. Either which way. ALAN CARR..... ALAN ALAN ALAN CARR -
Like has been said, Jackson Wharf Pub sound as a pound, great parking, beer and close to ground (And if you look closely a cheep and very good italian tucked away in the corner which is my recompense for dragging my good lady to Hartlepool) Can not bloody wait for this evening lets sing our bloody hearts out..3 points tonight and id say we are ready to start motoring.

He's the best striker at the club when fit, no doubt. But he'll probably be back in the treatment room soon.

can someone explain to me this post about a court case..im missing a bit here .....

I 100% agree i see some anxiety between Davis and Adkins and Huddersfield highlighted this enormously

Did not see game today although was at Huddersfield and last week Lambert was just not worthy of playing along side Guly, Guly was just to quick in the head for him and by the sounds of it today it will work better with Bernard ...recokon Guly and Bernard is the way forward in Adkins style which just aint right for Rickie as he has not enough pace
-
Dont know if anyone else saw it ...a move broke down and Crosby was shouting orders to Punch, he started flapping his arms about and reacting petulantly as if to say what the hell was i supposed to do ...dont think it was more than a storm in a tea cup but Punceon was off soon after and to be fair he just can not beat a man and i think thats what was being asked of him to which he retaliated.

Just got back ..... We were poor, tried to be too clever..why Kelvin insisted putting us under pressure with trickery and short passing i will never know ...we obviously cut it out in the second half but the players should have been strong enough to realise it was self defeating and taken some responsability and at times just launched the bloody thing. Prado is too good up front for Rickie, his speed of thought is just too good for the team, in fact i think he would work better with Bernard who in my opinion should have come on earlier for Rickie who was simply AWFUL. Equally Hammond was quite simply off the pace and Morgan made a big difference. Its ok playing this pretty football but i think we are a couple of players shy for this way ...an attackin CM an out and out right winger and and stronger CF although reading guy looked okish. Final two words Referee was diabolical, truely..and Puncheon falling out with bench did not look too good, one or two players looked out of sorts from the off. (RL, Punch and KD). KD 5 DB 6 DH 7 JF 5 DS 6 AL 5 JP 5 DH 5 RC 6 RL 4 Guly 7 LB 6 MS 6 Huddersfield Town fans, got to give them a 7 Saints fans, 5 Referee 0

From BBC : Quite happy, I think the keeper and Novak are quite big players for them.... Huddersfield will be without winger Lee Croft, who is serving a one-match ban after his red card at Colchester. Goalkeeper Alex Smithies (leg) will also miss out, while midfielder Anthony Pilkington (back) and striker Lee Novak (hamstring) are doubtful. Southampton will welcome back Morgan Schneiderlin, who has returned from international duty with France U21s. Defender Frazer Richardson could feature for the first time this season, after a dislocated shoulder.
