Sorry again I have got to disagree. In your heart of hearts have you really been impressed with our displays in our first two games? I have not. Hardly anything has changed or has it, this time last year we were still in 3 cups and now we have just one. You keep looking for positives and yet that is hardly progress. forgive me tonight if I am just a little gloomy that we are being run competently.
There were too many asterisks in your reply for me to fully understand it. Sorry. What I was saying is sometimes you need to post less to say more. You often talk sense but then you ruin it by talking too much like tonight. Trying to defend or make excuses for the dross on display today marks you out as a club quisling.
Maybe you should post less on this forum, you need to get into the real world a bit more. Tonight real fans are letting off steam, relax or even join in, anything they show you are not an automated android passionless cyber creep.
He actually started 35 Lg games and 2 in the FA cup and scored 12 goals which puts a different perspective on things especially as he was in a struggling team and playing out wide for a lot of the time. Danny Graham took the penalties too.
So is Sam going to be replaced? The million dollar question. We have three forwards, one injury prone, one newish to the Premiership and Shane Long who I like but is not a goalscorer. Is that enough for a tough season in the Premier League? Playing one upfront the answer could be yes but everytime Gabbiadini gets crunched we will all be wincing
The last time Saints finished a game with 2 successful penalty takers on the pitch was 1979 at home to Spurs when first .......... and then .............. scored from the spot in a 3-3 draw.
Fill in the gaps without looking it up.
If I was selling my house and I got a good offer I am not too sure I would be over diligent in examining where my buyer's funds came from. Can't blame Ms Liebherr I would do the same if the money was right. However selling the deal to the fans the way RK did a few days ago was a tad duplicitous. Personally I would have preferred to stay where we were but that was no longer an option it seems.
