Trouble is I think Matt still thinks Lynam is legit and believes what he is told (ie it was the FL's fault). Be interesting to hear the FL side of things.

Like I posted before - don't know what good it will do now Lynam has been outed but yes when the time is right. Hopefully someone will step forward even at this late stage - all I am worried about now is the club's future.

No it didn't - I was trying to flush Lynam out and it worked inasmuch he rang me and told me he was calling the police blah blah blah. However if the email he sent Fry at the end of April appears to be non genuine then a whole new can of worms opens for Lynam. I have been asked to sit on the e mail a little longer by someone who I respect and I will do that but afterwards I can re-post. Mind you the damage is now done - I think we all accept Pinnacle to be a sham so what I proove won't help SFC anymore.

Yea but Lynam and Matt knew about all the conditions when they made their "we will sign the deal" statements on Saturday. I spoke to both on Saturday and they said the same to me. IMO Lynam is wriggling out of this using the FL and as for Matt, well i don't know how much he knew tbh but on Saturday morning he rang me after i leaked something on here and said the deal was all tied up and my post could ruin it so could i take it down which I did. He told me it was just about settled and he had that morning persuaded the backers to agree to the FL demands. So what Lynam and Matt are now saying is not making sense. Not having a go at Matt here because I think he believes TL but he has got to realise he got into bed with a chancer and should distance himself quickly before the hole he digs gets any bigger. I had a "full and frank" exchange with both men on Saturday and Lynam was still sending me aggressive texts right up to 11:30 Sunday night. When it is right I will post the e mail etc and the full story on Pinnacle but suffice to say I don't think there was a cat in hell's chance of them being serious and Fry and Co have been stitched up.

The FL excuse is a red herring. Matt said on Saturday to me personally and on SSN that the Pinnacle principles accepted the league's position and it would be signed off on Monday/Tuesday. Somebody was lying to Matt and that person was Lynam - he never had serious backers and he duped the gullible Matt all along. I would be interested in hearing the FL's story but I hope it doesn't leave matt with egg on his face. If I was him I would distance myself from lynam quickly and spill the beans.

Lynam is a fraud and he sucked a naive MLT in. He had no backers. Lynam = Jackson.

I am sorry Matt is guilty of being naive. I told him on Saturday morning that Pinnacle were frauds and duping him but he shouted me down and would not listen. My favourite ever Saints player but he did not do his homework. Nor have others imo.

You obviously missed my post of Saturday morning which has since been removed (at my enforced request)? There was no nudge nudge and full of substantiation in it. Perhaps you were still asleep FFS. 2nd edit - I don;t really do "nudge nudge" - if I did I would not have the police on my case.

Sorry Alan - appreciate what you say - unfortunately every time I do post something with a little meat on the bone I get a telephone call with veiled threats so I must keep my powder dry until I am 100% sure. But I like to let my callers know I have not gone away!!!

And I heard this morning that Surman is now definately going to Wolves and Fry has said "so the wages can be paid" so that sounds like he has little faith in Mr Lynham.

Just heard from someone perfectly placed to know that Wolves and Saints have agreed a fee and Surman is deffo going to sign this week. And here's the interesting bit it is "to cover the wages" so Fry seems to have no confidence in Mr Lynham.

I think most now accept the Swiss consortium are our last chance but there is a danger they will turn their backs on us next week. Why? Because Mark Fry is insisting they accept the deal agreed by the now discredited, never going to happen Pinnacle bid. Should the Swiss be held to the same agreement drawn up and agreed by someone who never had a snowball's chance in hell of delivering? I know time is short but Fry's unrealistic demands (trying to save his own bacon after being taken in by Pinnacle) could scupper our one last chance of survival. No one likes having a gun pointed at their head.
