I am intrigued by the word “amortise”. Can’t find it in a dictionary but I guess it means use “chicanery to cheat and cover up financial skulduggery”? A bit like what did for Pompey? Chelsea and the like will kill football in the end. They know the price of everything and the value of nothing.

I feel conflicted. Without a doubt he has delivered one of the best results this century but he let himself down in his post match interviews showing no dignity which would have given him the higher moral ground. I don’t disagree with you one little bit but you call the people who run our club “custodians”. I wish they were but unfortunately they own us and there is fuck all we can do about it. Custodians can be removed.

I was impressed by his eloquence and passion. It really is a damning damning interview. Anyone who thinks Jones should be given more time should watch it.

Interesting you still have a bit of faith in our scouting. Presumably or apparently they had their eye on Jones for quite some time and look what we got.

I am amazed because the writing on the wall simply could not be clearer. I feel for Jones, it is not his fault he is out of his depth. My anger is aimed directly at the person who thought Jones was what we needed when it was pretty obvious to virtually everyone he was the wrong choice.

Think you are wrong. Appointing Jones is the worse decision ever made by a Saints Board. You are just waffling. You usually talk a lot of sense but on this occasion you have got it wrong. Yes we were sort of dysfunctional before they arrived but they have taken stupidly to a new level.

Stupid post. Just because Jones is not up to the task (not helped by the clusterfuck Ralph left) doesn’t suddenly make getting rid of Ralph wrong. The mistake was who we replaced him with. The Ralph lovers like you were part of our problem.
