who wants us to go into admin and/or wotte to fail
Under Weststand replied to Thedelldays's topic in The Saints
Whilst I want Rid of both Lowe & Wilde from the club permanently! I certainly don't want it at any cost, I'm no financial expert but administration is a real grey area with no guarantee's we'd come out the other end. I also have no faith in Wotte turning things around for us, as he has been involved with the training set up the whole season, & know one will convince me he didn't have a big say in what's gone on so far. But do I want him to fail NO because I just want to see Saints having won today & win the next 14 games after that. All I want is Saints to win whoever is in charge, its just not going to happen under this regime unfortunately. -
Whilst I expect the average OS to put a bit of positive spin on things I also expect some truth for the fans. I for one only ever go on now when I see a link for a certain article on this or another forum. It spouts a whole load of Sh*te at the moment with no real news. I used to use it a lot but not anymore, I think Greenridge summed it up nicely:- Most peoples gripe seems not to be that the OS is propaganda orientated, as that's what you'd expect, it's the somewhat extreme levels of spin that turn worthwhile articles into matters of ridicule. For example what on earth was the Wotte article referring to the appointment of Hiddink recently all about. The only tenuous link was some kind of inferred success by association. Talk about clutching at straws.

webster and hockaday....a reply from the club
Under Weststand replied to lordswoodsaints's topic in The Saints
So thats Three gone from the revolutionary four strong Coaching set up, as intimated by Lowe/Wilde they will work together in one cause. Seems like IMHO Webster & Hockerday decided that the revolution was not headed in the right direction & probably Voiced their oppinion in to strong a way for Lowe to take. Who is running our great accademy & reserves now?? -
Alan Ball what an inspiration he was, true leader on the pitch & the manager's right hand. Would take him now as he never let anyone slack on the pitch can you imagine him b@ll@cking some of this shower now.

Oh dear yet another bad day at the office, not seen a match report yet, but at the end of the day its not about how we play anymore we NEED RESULTS NOW & were just not getting them. No surprise today I actually got a prediction right but take no pleasure in that, I'd rather have been wrong & Saints pick up 3 points.

Oh my god just in from the Pub & seeing this sh**e, well you just couldn't make it up. Carry on Football Club staring Sid James as Uncle Rupert ect ect! Who the f**k is writing Wotte's script for him, It doesn't take a rocket scientist to realise the basic Idea in football is to score more goals than the other team. This is a good concept. Not scoring a conceding a lot of goals this is a bad concept. WAKE THE F**K UP SHERLOCK.

everyone has accepted we are in league one next season
Under Weststand replied to Mr X's topic in The Saints
Sorry Micky but the fans are the life blood of the club they are not responsible for the actions of the board's (note I say boards). I have in the past pay'ed my money through several season tickets & pay on the day before I moved up north for family reasons, I continue to suport the club from a distance Buying shirts/merchandise. Now maybe you can blame me for moving away from the area (18 years ago) But the ultimate responsability for the state we find ourselves in, Is NOT down to the fans, its wholey down to the Board/boards decisions in the recent past. I still feel total disheartened by what I see happening at what was once a great example of a family club disintegrating before our eyes, and its easy to blame individuals, but these individuals have been let run riot by other board members. I just don't see other than the Glen Hoddle Incident (which I happend to agree with at the time WRONGLY so as time has proved IMHO) where the fans can be made culpable. Again that is a board decision & if the Board believed Hoddle was right and they bowed to popularism then they made the wrong decision again. That is what you get at the top as a chairman you get to make the desision's if they prove right then your a hero get them wrong you get a second chance Maybe, Don't learn from the mistake's & make bigger one's then expext a bit of flak. -
what should we expect from a manager..
Under Weststand replied to david in sweden's topic in The Saints
I would expect that our manager should be the one who picks the side from the squad available. I would also expect he would get the best out of said squad, Also I feel he should be able to fit a system/systems around the players available to him to be able to get positive results. You may not always be able to win, but I always expect to be able to compete, there have been many times this season where we've not done that. If(when) we go down I want it to be fighting, not with a whimper. -
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LxQgXgS5G3c Wouldn't it be nice to see a row of crosses in SMS pitch with all the main protagonists on. Wite Wads Who do want to save? Wogger, Woderick or Wupert No we want to save Bwian. Lowe saying I'm Brian & so's my wife Think you'd get a full house for that

December & January was the month's we had to start making our move if saftey was to be archived. We had a number of winnable games against relegation opposition & was the time to turn things around if we were ever going to, for me we've blown our best chances. I really hope I'm proved wrong but I just cant see looking at our run in from now where we can pick up enough points to stay up, and that is just so hard to take that HOPE is all we've got now there is know real belief in this squad & management.

A-Team Subs GK:- Tim Flowers DF:- Chris Nichol MF:- Jimmy Case F :- Steve Moran UP:- Nick Holmes - Just has to be in, he was a great heart & soul player for us & a player you always missed when out. B-Team Subs GK:- Peter Wells DF:- David Peach (He just has to be in somwhere) MF:- Rod Wallace FW:- Marian Pahars UP :- Tony (super sub) Funnell That was more dificult than I thought it would be, there are a lot of great players picked by everyone & still a load left out.

Mixed feelings about this result, didn't expect anything so a point is a plus. However seeing the reports (as had to work till midnight last night) seems an odd team selection at the start but good substitutions & fight back so again mixed reaction's. The real problem is still being unable to win games, especially when all around us got 3-points yesterday. While its never to late untill mathmatically imposible, I think its a must win game against Swansea on Satuarday another lose & another set of results like last night & we will be cut adrift & we have to get some sort of home form going NOW.
