Is this the the best 1-million we've ever spent? Quite probably. Lambert has been our talisman for the four years he's been here. Best memory his hatrick at MK-Dons is hard to argue with. but loved his emotion being carried off the pitch against Coventry that was special.

Great post Giordano. Realy don't get where your coming from Barry? I think most people realise that we are viewed in many people's eyes as a small parochial club in this country, let alone abroad. We get that, but what is so wrong about TRYING to change that perception, yes we know that we will probably have to pay a premium on players to push ourselves forward. Are you saying we shouldn't even try? Once weve consolidated as a recognised premier league club, which gives us 60+ million a year. This gives us the chance to keep our youngsters like JWP,Shaw & who knows how good Chambers & Isgrove will prove to be. Topped off with a couple of good signings each year means we can push forward & who knows we may actually over time change those said perceptions. As of everything in life you decide to live it which involves pushing yourself, taking caculated risks & simply doing it. Or taking the safe option not pushing yourself, dont take a caculated risk. Which means you stagnate don't push on.

That's awful low class & tacky. Re branding is going mad now & is there any real evidence that it is proving to have any financial gain whatsoever? Or just chairman make decisions on shirt colours, badges now names on a whim & a fancy.

Shocking really the administrator should be firmly in the firing line now. It was a ridiculous decision to allow Otium/SISU to take over again when they new that Otium's plans involved moving out of the Ricoh! Why would he then expect the owners of the Ricoh & main creditor to then vote in favour of a CVA crazy. Can't the club can still come out of administration without a CVA but with a heavy point penalty 15-pts. Plus a transfer embargo. Sad times indeed.

Maybe Adkins would like SRL along with a good few others. However I think he means more to the team than just his goals, his all round play etc would be sadly missed. I would be extremely surprised if this story has any legs, at least this year/transfer window.
