  1. and it's a scandal when people start charging £5 to use something based on free technology. http://ohwhenthesaints.forumotion.net/forum.htm is FREE!!! MWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHHAAHAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This fiver is killing the community I tells ya! (Webmaster Barrie will appreciate my repetitiveness, I'm sure)

  6. Thanks for trying to raise a charitable donation, but I'm happy now, just sticking to checking here for possible signings and 3 comments and discussing things on Ohwhenthesaints for free. Simo would prefer I wasn't here anyway. My feelings were so hurt by his cherio's that I actually shat my pants...
  7. Nice that these fellas can afford a nice "Trophy asset" like a PL football club, through money raised by raping us poor b@stards over oil prices isn't it? If Saints got taken over in a similar fashion that would be it. Football pretty pathetic as it is. I absolutely and firmly believe Saints are now trying to do it the right way. Buying other teams star players and paying outrageous wages is beyond stupid. As is paying £1.30p for a litre of diesel and forking out £60+ to watch a 90 min PL football match. Why the f@ck do we do it?
  8. So was Rooney when he signed for Manure. Good omen perhaps?

    Romain Gasmi

From the official RC Strasbourg site. (excuse the dodgy Google translate) "The Racing and the English club Southampton have concluded this Friday afternoon, the loan of one season with an option to purchase Romain Gasmi. The young offensive environment formed Club joins the ranks of the formation of Saints, led by Jan Poortvliet and resident of the Division One (L2 french). Currently in convalescence (5th metatarsus fracture), Romain Gasmi remain a few more weeks to Strasbourg to treat his injury, before finally flying to Britain. At Southampton, he found a former resident of the Centre de Formation et de la maison Racing. Morgan Schneiderlin, transferred this summer, is an indisputable holder in the eleven of the Saints. " So looks like he'll be with us in a few weeks then...
  10. Man, I get f@cked off with both sides of these threads. We win some, we lose some. Now stop being smug know it all c@nts saying "See we were right to be optimistic because we won really well to day" or "See we were right to be negative, realistic, pessimistic who-the-f@ck-cares-what-you-want-to-call-it because we lost badly today". Can we please just discuss why we won well or alternatively, analyse why we lost. Whatever happened today will be learned from. So please stop with these stupid f@cking are-realists-really-a-big-bunch-of-c@nts-etc threads! And f@ck you in advance! (for anyone who says "well you don't have to read them")
  11. Could that also mean Lowe's a sensible Chairman?
  12. I'd class myself as a Lowe-luvie, in that I never wanted him to leave previously and I was excited by the Woodward/Clifford experiment etc. I'm chuffed he's back and what he's done since then. Yes, out of necessity, but I believe he wanted to do something similar with Wotte before Burley arrived. Current circumstances have just made it all the easy and makes absolute sense. We built a great academy, let's use if ffs etc. But to say we'd support his ideas if he became an murder, it's not a surreal example it's a completely daft one. Supporting his ideals regarding running a football club, yes. I haven't got a clue what else he does. I'm not a Lowe fan-boy. Couldn't give a sh1t about what he does in the city etc. I just like the way he runs our club. Simple really.
  13. I believe it's anyone who likes financial prudence, innovative thinking and thinking outside the box.
  14. We've already had 2 defeats, so I fully expect a few more. It's just the fact we've played in a style that's so good to watch it leaves me pinching myself to check I'm not dreaming. Every game! These boys are doing us so proud, I'm literally bursting with pride! Now excuse me while I go and fetch the mop.......
  15. Disagree about the music, it's a great track! Ooooh weeee! La-la-la-la-etc.
  16. I think Theo was around 10-11 years old when he started playing football for a proper team, so considering that 5-6 years later he was in the Saints first team, it was relatively late. I don't agree that he was more talented than Bale, faster maybe. You also feel that Bale loves the game, but I'm not seeing that (or the Gooners) Theo. He just doesn't seem to understand the game...
  17. Bale and Jones maybe, but Walcott is an interesting one. I don't think the Arsenal fans particularly rate him as a 'footballer'. They can see the pace, powerful shot with practically zero back-lift etc. But they really worry about his footballing mentality. He got into the game and a relatively late stage in youth and it shows. They say some games he show flashes of being a brilliant footballer, and then all of sudden he doesn't. Hopefully this year will prove the doubters wrong. Anyway, I really rate Lallana and McGoldrick's footballing ability and having Walcott may possibly have limited their chances and I'm excited to see how they grow this season. No point hanging onto the past is there?
  18. Anyone got a St Mary's sized faraday cage? IMO. If we need to sell AS, we should. Would prefer to lose him, then 17 points and any further control of the club.
  19. The article seems to mention he's a replacement for Davies, is Surman definitely off then?
  20. Inspired by OS' Flybe player of month. This has got to be, by far, the most c@ntish thread of the month. Next manager? Don't be a c@nt!
  21. I'm not depressed or bipolar, I'm just extremely happy one minute and then in tears with deep depression the next!!!! We played brum off the park on Saturday, apart from a few hiccups in the second half. We'll come good and we're almost there.... WE'RE DOOMED I TELL YA! *boo hoo*
  22. I'd be more upset if he'd had a cracking pre-season and had 2 match winning displays in our last 2 league games. I'm just a bit gutted instead. Still we've raised some much needed funds and have another high earner off the wage bill. Damn I'm sounding like a stuck record at the moment as I keep telling myself this fact, to try and ease that numb feeling...
  23. Gutted, but we have no choice as we need the money. Another "high earner" off the books, so not all bad I guess.... Twas a damn good player for us though, when not injured!
  24. Is this Saints related? Damn just wasted the last of my post quota.
  25. Well people who think that way are probably not big or clever...
