Just the way I thought it would pan out.....crap,lethargic home support,no effort from the players and another awful display from the waste of money that is Ramirez.

Never,Europe is just a holiday the cup final is etched forever in my mind.

Football is all about money and the world in general wants to watch the likes of Rooney,lampard,gerrard etc etc not lambert,Rodriguez,shaw......unless they move to a club that is recognised world wide of course. Exactly why I don't give a flying **** about England and exactly why they will continue to fail.

I would cease to support the club if any fans were involved as basically we are all ****witz.

I'm also sure the owners of Reading had Adkins in mind when they sacked Brian McDermott.

Nice fella but out of touch with reality,managers get moved on all the time it's an occupational hazard. It's a bit rich moaning about loyalty etc etc when he had to make similar decisions with players,moving them on to be replaced by other players that are waiting in the wings. Sounds a bit like sour grapes to me,if I was a reading fan I would be a bit ****ed off with him for not concentrating on his new,very difficult task of keeping them in the prem.

I hope not,the fella is trying to turn us over......give him a clap after we've beaten them and leave it at that.

Well done to Adkins but we have moved on for the better,I feel more confident with poch in the driving seat.

Terry like Ferdinand were once decent defenders but they are passed their sell by date and it shows......saying all that,they both still hold down a place at 2 of the biggest clubs in Europe so we can't really argue with that. Terry definately likes to cheat,especially when he knows he's been beat but that's how he lives his life in general so we shouldn't expect anything else from him.

I'm hoping Adkins has one of his baffling moments that used to frequent our performances under him,like taking your best players off at crucial stages of the game to be replaced by unknown or untested players or leaving his best players on the bench etc etc

Although I would love us to smash them I will be really happy with a point,this has trouble written all over it and we need to play our game and not get dragged into all the media ****** surrounding it. What I don't want to see is our fans constantly licking Adkins arse throughout the game,ok give him an acknowledgment at the start then leave it,he's moved on and so have we for the better.

Exactly mate,every time an England game comes around you could probably name the squad before its even announced,same old faces regardless of their club form........if we can predict it then so can the opposition,no surprises to scare the **** out of any team we face and complacent England players who know they will be picked regardless.

I thought an England call up was on merit,obviously not the case The England setup is too much of a 'jobs for the boys' club where regardless of form you get in the team if your face fits. Too true,I fully expect their tinternet based fans to give him a rough ride,especially if we beat them but on the flip side ours will explode if they turn us over.

Anyone else feel sorry for him?.....ok I'm glad he's got another job but he's got very little chance of keeping them up and if he doesn't then those fans that are unhappy with his appointment will soon be on his back. Perhaps he would have been better off taking over a half decent championship side with a bit of ambition,I just think the Reading job will be a downward spiral for him. Good luck to him but I hope we demolish them when we play them and I really hope they get relegated.

I think his unhealthy fixation with guly could see him in a Reading shirt next season.

If we are looking to sell our best players in the summer every time a club comes knocking then we deserve to struggle.the only way forward is to keep hold of the rising stars and rise with them.

I'd be surprised if cortese let this happen.....the last thing he would want is for Adkins to be in charge of a premiership rival just before we play them,possibly biting us in the arse.

We could of easily won that game 6-0 ,everybody superb but I'm giving it to jay.

Did the fans constant booing and skate jibes frighten him into playing crap today or was he just plain sh!te?
