Burn 😂 Despite being "Simple", I've managed to get my Lazio ticket thought the app without issue, crazy. Yes unwilling, from what you've posted previously I'd expect you to be pretty able of accessing a simple ticket app, so it must be the principle of wanting a physical ticket, which for the record I understand. I like having physical tickets, for both football and gigs. But for the vast majority of the fan base, I would expect the digital method is the most "simple and efficient" way of doing it, however for the more traditional folk like yourself and others, the option is there to get a physical one. Maybe they could of added it as an option at point of sale, sure, but the option is there for you regardless and you may have just had bad luck in having to go down to the ticket office to get yours, I'm sure I've seen l getting this with a phone call. The fact is there is an option for all, your insistence with complaining about this despite that, and the fact you have already got your way, is just weird. You do you though.
