Ralph has had a few years at the club, its true that this might be his last game... Sadly, Mr. X, all you can contribute to the discussion is trolling around while posting improper topic.

Example: Player Xyz (potential starter) talks to Ralph on matchday: "i don't feel that well etc... but i might be ready from minute 60/70....".. Performance on match day is bad until Player Xyz is substituted in.. Ralph bashing follows... ("why did nt he...")

IMHO expectations from the Saints fanbase are in general very high by referring to the existing ressources. With regard to Ralph decisions in the past 3 years i doubt that a fan-perspective is always able to asses precisely without beeing able to take a look behind the curtain.

I guess it highly depens on his fellow players. He rarely had troubles while playing for a very self confident Red Bull Salzburg squad..

Disagree there. IMHO he is way more stable than Bednarek. Yes, he has had a few collapses also when playing in Austria for Red Bull Salzburg, but in general a very solid defender and great in 1:1 situations..

why always so much black white thinking going on here.. Saints were up 1:0 and showed up in 9th (!!) spot in the PL live table.. ..after the (in my opinion ) unlucky defeat now moving down to 15th... oh well.. don t actually understand why people always get that emotional after a loss

maybe Rangnick gets 700,000-1 mill, but thats it. so i do not think they even tried hard to catch Ralph.. Update: Ok, i just checked, kinda surprised but Rangnick gets 1,5 Mill a year for training the Austrian squad (and 9 Mill for training ManU from Dec- May oh well)
