  1. From where I was in row 9 of block 533 you couldn't hear our lads behind the goal very well which meant that we didn't get a proper OWTSGMI going. A great big 'Come on you reds' and a few 'Stand up if you love the Saints' But as Sandwich said - good but not great atmosphere - would mark it as a great day though. Did the Marylebone route - very easy. Can't say the same about getting to Waterloo from south west London though - no trains, no tubes - great cohesive thinking there Transport For London. Nice chat with one of hte Saints Diplomats from Clapham Junction up to Marylebone though, some nice anecdotes - hope you enjoyed yourself Mr Ferrero Rocher!
  2. Agree with Saint Wiz - Marylebone - very quick and closest station to Wembley. Don't get to go down wembley way though.
  3. Gridlock at stadium North circular temperamental Leave now!
  4. I must say that the ref was worse than my sons mini league ref on Saturday morning. Luckily he won 4-1 and won the league not allowing for the abysmal performance of the ref - but he was only about 16 years old.
  5. Saint Stevo with the damining evidence of the pictures you have gone very quiet. Maybe your hangover has got the better of you.
  6. Good game, awful ref. How many handballs should we have had? And the diasallowed goal - penalty for the head lock on Fonte. Was in the Kingsland Northam corner - so obvious. Unfortunately the ref was on the pitch. Saints never i trouble. Leeds awful. Beckford anonymous aprt from his diving.
  7. It definitely seems that the online sales is knackered.
  8. There's gonna be one hell of a rush. Have you all checked your login details?
  9. The AA are mad - 33 minutes from Wembley to WHL - they're having a laugh.
  10. You'll probably find the prawn sandwich brigade have the green areas.
  11. I watched a programme on Wembley the other day and it talked of air flow etc. Showed a wind model test where they tested it and made changes. I think the biggest problem is the lack of sunlight. The new stadium is so much bigger in all ways that the old one that no matter how hard they tried it was always gonna be difficult.
  12. DIS - There's not a bad view in the house although you won't get much of a birds eye view from Row A. Like standing on the sideline watching your 10 year old in the park. Don't take your eye off the ball as it may come your way.
  13. Millwall have not lost
  14. SSN corrected to 2-1 Tranmere
  15. Revolution if we don't win don't read!
  16. It's all rumour anyway. Personally I'm fro AP tostay and keep building us intot eh strongest team in teh league. If we keep improving then we will be as I only see Leeds at their best (which must surely return after their recent wobble) as a better team than us at the moment. Tonight will be a true test.
  17. My Charlton supporting colleague tells me that AP left Charlton because he was doing a John Terry!! Make of the what you will. I don't know if it's true or not.
  18. but surely we want to play them on Saturday just to rub their noses in it. Give them a 28 day adjournment and then wind them up.
  19. No racism against plastics!
  20. Woodies in New Malden

    Help !

If you aren't a season ticket holder you can't order on line for this. Yesterday I was able to pick the cup game but today it's not even listed. If you read the ticket info it says that the linked general sale is not available online
  23. I agree with the blocks 22-28. There is also segregation underneth the stands between 21 and 22 and I am sure it's easy to do between 28 and 29.
  24. I am for moving the away fans into a corner. Why put them behind a goal so their team is shooting towards them. I also agree that the Northam Kingsland corner is a no no. Too much chance of trouble there and block my route home as well. I generally sit in blocks 33-34. If they do put them opposite the Northam then each set of fans would be able to hear each other better. If you sit in the Northam you can't hear the away fans anywhere near as well as if you are sitting in the Kingsland or Itchen, but of course you can eyeball them. it's all down to what you want from your matchday experience.
