Terrific performance albeit Gallagher anonymous. To still have this much passion in the position we're in is a credit to the management team and the squad itself. -
My worry is they get Van Haal meaning Spurs will revisit their alleged interest in Mauricio.

All the best Jay. Looking forward to seeing you back as soon as possible. -
Konstantinos Mitroglou would be a shout. Too late to save Fulham but only 25 and was banging them in for fun for Olympiacos.

Great to see Victor back at his dominant best. Hope Jack and Jose are OK - the latter was still being treated as the players left the pitch. -
According to the Mirror it could be Javi Gracia.

http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/arsenal-transfers-southamptons-calum-chambers-3124412 Arsenal targeting another of our emerging stars. Here's a novel idea - why don't they invest these millions they spend on our players in their own Academy?
-
Done. Good luck.
-
Good to see Hodgson in attendance as well. We are Southampton, we're off to Brazil

Rickie's pass for JRod - WOW
-
Boruc MOM - kept us in it first half. Cork and Clyne against Stoke please.
-
If he could continue to bang them in like he did versus Burnley maybe play Clyne ahead of Chambers - his pace would be a huge asset.
-
Does Cork now get ahead of Morgan assuming Vic is first name on the team sheet? Morgan was a revelation last year but hasn't hit the same heights of performance this season.

Having worked with the Chinese on the Mainland for seven years I have mixed feelings about this. I am concerned that we would become nothing more than a status symbol for Wang in a culture where conspicuous displays of wealth are all important. Whereas this would probably mean significant short term investment to bolster our fortunes it would also mean a decline in the relevance of our academy. The Chinese are also not known to be hands off their investments so I think NC is deluded if he is responsible for this interest and believing that Wang will be less involved than the Liebhers. On the plus side we will get to continue playing in red . Anymore than this I'm not prepared to put in writing as in another great Chinese tradition this site is probably already being monitored !!

Chambers ****, Lallana shouldn't have been subbed, shocking foul on Gaston and shocking decision to allow play to continue leading to Dejan's injury. Bad bad day at the office. -

100's of millions of pounds of talent vs. 10's of millions at the end of the Xmas schedule meant the result was no surprise. The team continue to work for each other and MP and will come back strong after a well earned break. -
Agreed but the same could be said for the whole team. At risk of being labelled with trying to "walk the ball into the net".
-
Great effort, poor result but that's football. So much more secure at the back with KD and good to see some of the vision and touch that Gaston is capable of.
-
Agreed. So much more authority than Gazza.
