I am sorry but Matt Le Tissier loves the football and and hurts when all the fans hurt. That is all he is a passioniate fan of the club, and sometimes emotions get the better of you. Just take a look on here!!!

100% my worry, player exits, not replaced and back to where we were with Lowe, but in NC case the club will be sold when he has recouped monies. This is my main fear that the dream and the great year we had is ending.... I think it is just the Saints fan way of thinking doom and gloom!!

Do not disagree with what you are saying, but do not think he is right for Saints. Players will leave and not be replaced and he will be out before the end of the season. I just cannot see it working. As I have said before if he gets in I will 100% support him, but do not think it will work for us as a club unless it is along side someone else. I still think we could be in with a suprise!

IF we do not look like going up he will be gone! I can see many of the players leaving in Jan and not being replaced. For me this is a cheap option and a step backwards, unless there is a bigger name with him.

If it is Adkins I am sure (but hope I am wrong) but we will have another one of these threads before the end of the season!

Yes but this could have happened due to the news that he is being interviewed. It was on Sky Sports News this morning and on the radio I believe. Is strange that none of the other managers have come out in the press that they are being interviewed. Still not nailed on, but someone knows something as he has been favourite for a few days now!

I think it will be a trend from AP players and a lot will be off in January unless we get a WOW manager.

But Brown was a Premier League manager who is out of work as well. I would not expect him to take a job with us either, but he really wants it, so why not MoN?

Just to add to that, I think a big named manager was given until yesterday to make their mind up on the job, and has turned it down, now deciding to interview Adkins. I am just guessing and probably have it all wrong but seems to fit with the midweek appointment which is now being pushed out until Friday!

I still think that NC wanted MoN, but now is settling for Adkins, maybe not even second or third choice, which again is not a good start.

We are away on Saturday, the players will play with more freedom, and win the game I have no doubt.

Low key manager and I cannot see the players coming here, and even some leaving in the next transfer window. I will be very worried about the future. I can see through this but some of the players will not and will not see this as ambitious. He is not the right man for Southampton FC overall. Backward step IMO.

Well according to Sky Sports News source he is not being interviewed until today, but their source I think is someone who just thinks this minght be happening. I think it is taken from the Sky Sports messageboard Skysportsweb.co.uk

I can understand what people are saying about Adkins, but I will not be excited by the appointment or upset by it.... a bit flatline really! Would prefer KK, or of course MoN but cannot see it now. I still think NC has been trying to twist MoN arm and he is the man he wants, but may have to go with what he can get... so Adkins?
