Totally understand the reason to postpone top flight games. Bottom line is that the Premier League is broadcast around the world and they’ve obviously taken the view that going ahead wouldn’t be an appropriate reflection of the current state of national mourning. There was probably an argument for carrying on with lower league games but nevertheless it’s hardly a surprise they made the same decision.

In fairness to him he produced a superb tribute to her on the news last night. I wouldn't fancy his job to be honest.
