Without doubt we are, unless radical changes are made to set up and few of the farmed out players are brought back. We need proven players mixed with a few youth to succeed in this league, have any other club tried for sucesss in this league with virtually all kids? I can`t think of any. JP is simply just not up to the job,way, way out of his competence level.
