So based on that if a player gets beaten by pace he should just say "oh well i can`t catch him so i wont chase back" should he? Effort should have been made irrespective...

There should be protests before,during the game,at half time and after the game, all this "not during the game crap" has made no difference to the results so why would it now... We need Lowe out Wilde out Askham out The rest of the Lowe/Wilde cronies out Wotte Out Gorre out A new manager brought in with some knowledge of this league and what it takes to survive..... We are running out of time...

So were some of our players. I expect you will find some of our players were nearer the half way line than the ref yet made little or no effort to get back... If you watch the clip again you will also see one player actually give up running,may have been scniderlien,not sure...

We should think ourselves lucky it actually got in the box as usually it gets cut out by the first man...

It was about the ref making more of an effort to keep up with him than the other 9 of our players.... The fact that they may not have caught him is irrelevant some more of the should have tried at least don`t you think?

Kidding.....no Have you not watched it? Just saw it again on Goals onSunday.. The ref is fitter than most of our team.....

Did anyone else see we were main game on the Championship... One thing that shocked me was the that the third nearest person to Sproule when he scored was the ref... Only Lloyd James and Surman ran back with him... Did we just give up or are we knackered/unfit at the end of games?
