Blatant dive IMO and amazed if anyone really thinks differently. Not complaining at three points for a second but the dive was pretty embarrassing. That said, the ref has (apparently) said that he gave pen for the first challenge so who gives a ****??!

I have also been thinking about doing this 5:2 thing. For the two days that you have to stay to 600 calories or less, does that have to be two consecutive days or can you do whichever two days of the week you want??

I remember getting in to The Dell for about two quid.... amazing how times have changed. I think twenty quid is fair enough, any more is a joke. If tickets were only twenty quid now, I would be able to afford many more visits than I can at the moment.
