Post Match Reaction: Manchester United 1-1 SAINTS
twopintsnilnil replied to Saint-Armstrong's topic in The Saints
Fantastic result, Lallana getting back to his best. Osvaldo looking more of a liability with every game. If it is going to work for him I feel that he needs to have shown a lot more by now. You can understand slow starts and the need for time to gel, but he rarely looks dangerous and seems oblivious of those around him. I worry. -
EBay is the boring but only answer I'm afraid. I think you'll be surprised at how little they are worth, but good luck. Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 2

So, is the thinking that it won't get as far as general ST sales next Monday? That's my only hope I think. Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 2

WEP WiFi Security - significant risk?
twopintsnilnil replied to Golactico's topic in Technology Chat
I'd say do a bit of risk analysis. It's certainly true that WEP is not secure under certain circumstances. However, those circumstances include someone wanting to hack your wifi, having the knowledge to do it, not to mention having the ability to glean useful information from a hacked connection. They could just be nicking bandwidth, but then it would likely be your next door neighbour and you would see that in the router log. They could do a bit of vandalism and deny you access to the router, but you have the reset button. WPA is good advice, but may not be worth it. Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 2 -
Wanyama being given plenty of ball and space but very poor distribution - maybe the Celtic fans were right. JWP free kicks ineffective - generally too flighted. Osvaldo not offering much - a slightly more energetic version of Gaston. Rickie invisible. Lallana pick of the bunch up front, but doing most of it on his own. Our pen shout as obvious as you will see all season as the beardy guy pulled off a diving save with both hands. Theirs not a pen - hit (whos?) hands in front of body from much closer range. Lets hope its a game of two halves.

You should talk to some of your colleagues who are regular stoners and find out how they avoid the tests. Your attitude is spot on of course, but I personally know two drivers who smoke, and take coke and ecstasy on a very regular basis. They've been drivers for quite a long time so obviously know their way around the system. Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2

This isn't a location based block. It's more analogous to UK ISPs blocking The Pirate Bay than say, the inability to get iPlayer content in the US. As others have said, it seems likely that there will be alternative links - hopefully to mirrors.

Unfortunately FDCs are generally not worth much at all - sometimes barely more than was paid for them. For the period your collection covers, the Stanley Gibbons prices are in the region of £1.50 to a fiver at most, which means you'd get about half that from a private sale or maybe even less from a dealer. At the stamp fairs I've been to a lot of FDCs are almost given away. In fact when I've cruelly dragged my kids along they've picked several freebies from dealers who've taken pity on them! If you want to get an idea for yourself, pick up a copy of the SG concise GB catalogue - doesn't have to be the most recent - anything from the last ten years will do. You'll also get an idea by looking at eBay. If you can be bothered, sell them on ebay, otherwise take them to a stamp fair, but don't expect more than a few quid. If they mean anything to you at all I'd hang on to them and give them to the grandchildren (bit of a presumption there!). Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2

There's already a six page thread about this on Site Suggestions, with no resolution so far. It's very unlikely to be a registry issue. "Registry cleaners" are often just vehicles for delivering all sorts of things onto your computer that you really don't want, so be cautious. Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2

Which version of Chrome do you have? (menu/About Google Chrome)
-
OK......Chrome has been updated over the last couple of days. I'm on version 27.0.1453.94 which seems to be the current stable release according to http://googlechromereleases.blogspot.co.uk/ so this could be the issue. As all other browsers - including Tapatalk seem OK, so I'm back to IE or Firefox until this is fixed.
-
Yep, loading knackered on Chrome. Mods - any changes you can tell us about? Logically, if a number of different users using the same browser, but without issues elsewhere are having a problem.....Just saying I'd be looking at server changes. Help appreciated.

Almost unwatchable. Is Bridge recovering from major tranquiliser addiction?

You can get a good idea by going into online ticket sales and having a look at the available seats on the plan. Only a few singles left for WBA as far as I can see. Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2

Hello my friend. I am not a paying member, so I don't think I can message you can I? If you still have them and can call me on 0770 381 4055 I will happily take them off you. Best wishes. David.

and the Rangers Forum on the return of SD.... http://forum.rangersmedia.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=247205 He needs to be careful. Those comments will not endear, and I don't think he has the natural home in Glasgow that he thinks he has.

This is just the PayPal charge back issue isn't it? Lots of eBay sellers are all too familiar! Nothing to do with cars specifically, but a good example of why you need banked and cleared funds for any large transaction. Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2

If only. Agree - park somewhere on the fringes of the tube, but parking restrictions will be just like any other Wednesday. Bank holidays irrelevant. Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2

As you're using Android, you'll have a Google account, which means you can store and share photos with Picasa Web. It will sync with your Android Gallery app, and if you use the PC or Mac application you can manage and tweak your snaps before uploading. You can upload straight from your phone camera, and there are several other apps that will give more control over your Picasa Web galleries directly from your phone. Friends don't need a Picasa account to view your galleries and you can control who sees what. It's powerful and flexible and therefore requires a little effort to get to grips with, but I've never seen anything better. Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2

Ebay. You'll get about £100 as long as it's in good nick, maybe a little more if it's unlocked. I doubt if you'd get that from a company offering to buy it from you. Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2
