I watched the Everton game before the Saints game and the difference from when we played them was so clear to see. So much better organised when they lost the ball, back 4 and the midfield 5 were in perfect line to make it difficult for Arsenal to get through, that's down to coaching and he's only been there a week. We however look completely disorganised without the ball, no set shape to go into to make it hard for teams to get through. We need someone to make us hard to beat, we're far to easy to score against, a quick 1-2 and they're in, Jones has to go before it's to late, although it probably already is.
