Why do they want to live in the west but hate the western ways. Every time i see the news where there is a clash of cultures it's always Muslim. They still represent a small % of cultures within the uk but appear to represent the most trouble

I was told that the old pool was just short of 50m and could not be used for international events and that this was deliberate as the council did not want to bother with big events

Fully agree with that, i have run the line for many years now and would like to think that baring the odd genuine mistake i am good at it, but how many managers and parents realy know the off-side rule. Few i would say. I had one parent challenge me constantly, eventualy he did get under my skin. I asked him if he knew the off-side rule and as per normal he didn't have a clue. Also mums are the worse to contend with. My son put in a perfectly good but hard challenge this season, the other lad came off worse and then the mother came on the pitch having a go at my nipper. He just thought it was funny and told her it is a contact sport but other lads may have been effected.

My son will be playing in the Southampton Youth Leaque this year in Div 1 with a great club and very friendly parents, not clicky at all. Can't say the same for Div 1 tyro under 13 up wards. The win at all costs from some of the established teams is shamefull. This attitude runs right through from manager to player to parent but the leaque still do nothing about it.

Whats the best job you ever had I worked for a few companies during the 2 and 3 g cell site roll outs days in the 90's. On the road most of the time. Money was no object to getting sites built. It was work hard,play hard. Suppliers fell over themselves top take us out, Tons of corporate trips to footy, GP, Horse racing etc. Could be long hrs but very rewarding,Flying up to Glasgow for a day, then Newcastle the next day and so on. Would love to get back into a similar position hence i want to get into windfarms as the build is very similar to building cell site towers but only bigger.

Can't say who the employer is as its all a bit hush hush. But the role is for all of the UK

Might have have a new position working on new major new wind farm projects, beats working behind a desk as a PBS, currently working with the best bunch of guys & girls ever and a great boss but the job as a qs is crap and very boring.

I don't have a problem with careless driving. Middle lane hawkers and tailgaters need talking to. Perhaps it would be better that drivers that do this are pulled over and given a right talking to, if they do it again then fine them. I find education works better than just fining people

C**ts Paint sprayed 10 cars down our rd in Bitterne last night at 3 in the mornning, you better hope that the plod get you before our rd does. Luckly my was on the screen only. We have a good idea of the general area where they live and they also stupidly sprayed a wall with the tag KUBA. Pretty sure i have seen this in Bitterne elsewhere. The Plod for a change are treating this very seriuosly as the wording used on all the cars was very Homophobic. Looks like our rd was targetted.

Can anyone offer advice We ordered and payed in full for a sofa from Argos 3 months ago for our holiday chalet on the Isle of Wight. Argos gave us a delivery date which was last Tuesday. I booked the ferry and a couple days off work. Argos called me the night before the delivery to say they did not our sofa in stock and could not deliver. They will refund the cost of the sofa but i am well out of pocket. 2 days holiday allowance wasted for me and the wife, £80 ferry cost, and we could have rented the chalet out for a week. What are my rights as i am well out of pocket. Would not mind if they called a week earlier but to tell me the night before left me with no time to do anything.

I got nearly £9k back from Barclaycard and mastercard and have recently been contacted by Best Buy offering to pay back £100. Do it yourself and don't use a reclaim firm, they are ripping you off.
