I was at the match, Swindon are a very young squad & lightweight. I don't think it will be much of a test. I saw Bournemouth at Eastleigh on Tuesday and they were excellent. That will be a test.

After Mr Grant's hoax last night (which I fell for) I would have put up with anything. But I like this kit, it looks like a Saints kit, proper badge, black shorts, the socks are shocking but can't have everything. Pricing is ridiculous but that is a "football" issue rather than a Saints issue.

I think we have to accept that Morgan & Lovren will be off. That will have to be the end of the outward business for this window. Integrating 5 new players into the squad will be hard enough but anymore will be extremely difficult. I'd imagine we will go with quite a small squad for the first half of the season (replacing the sold players like for like) & add to it as required in January/next summer. Our often lauded scouting system will certainly be put to the test over the next couple of months. It's never boring being a Saints fan!
