I don't recall a single rumour of a takeover or "club for sale" in those years.

I know a few Forest fans and yes as Lighthouse says there is a bit of "Typical us, we'll go and lose to you lot" going on (all football fans are the same). But it's difficult to see that from our perspective. Even when we we turn up and at our absolute best (like last night) we're just not good enough in this division. And Forest are immense right now. I'm hoping for a battling 2-2.

Sulemana absolute revelation ❤️
-
All set up for a lovely honourable defeat here tonight.

You have a PM - thanks for the offer

Having read the statement it reads like he is massively fucked off and Kraft taking the hit for it. Hopefully this will work out well eventually.

I think we will struggle now without that guy doing whatever it is he did

Not sure Potter is a "philosophy at all costs" coach. If anything he is quite dull and pragmatic. Potter is a decent fit for WHU and Moyes a decent fit for Everton. Both will do fine and both will be binned in two years time when both clubs and both fanbases decide that finishing 9th is not fitting of a gigantic club with a breathtaking history like what they got. Both of their replacements then finish about 16th.

He's had less of a chance than Adam Armstrong, I will 100% give you that - but at least Adam Armstrong delivers consistently at the level below. If Sulemana scores two at Old Trafford or two at The City Ground (or two in total in those two games) then let's talk 👍

Let's remember we were playing a below average for the Championship and under strength Swansea team.
-
He hasn't been shit just under Russell Martin though.
-
He's been fucking useless for two years mate. Calm down

Get big boy on. He's got to score one goal in our colours surely.

The commentator just said that we have Premier League talent on the bench. Fucking brilliant - have I missed some activity in the transfer window?
-
Or, just find on the iPlayer because it is there without doing any of that.

Death Mental, more like.

I mean, I reckon I would have selected at least one recognised centre forward but I'm probably nitpicking.
-
If anyone has a adult ticket spare for Forest I would be interested. I'm local to the East Midlands so can pick up in Nottingham/near the ground on the day. PM me or reply here Thanks

To be fair Howard Kendall was the logical choice.

I've been to Morrisons Head Office a few times, which is on the outskirts. But driving through it/round it is difficult to disagree with the previous assessment. Shithole.

Supercomputer predicts Southampton to finish bottom
CB Fry replied to Saint Billy's topic in The Saints
Those two for sure, plus Emlyn Hughes International Soccer and Footballer Of The Year were the big Amstrad CPC464 games in our house -
Surely steak and chips and four pints of light ale at midday on match day still happening though

Emily Sheffield is David Cameron's sister in law. No one is saying the Conservatives did nothing but they didn't implement any of the recommendations from that Inquiry in the time they had. They set the terms and scope of all the Inquiries which now apparently weren't good enough. What they also didn’t do is start a national Public Inquiry that that they are now pretending is absolutely vital. But it wasn't vital seven months ago or before that. Nothing significantly new has happened in that time. Kemi has never ever spoken to any victim, not even this week. She was the Goverment Minister for Women around the time the report was published and was in that role until the election. Incredibly well placed to make lots of noise about this topic but she never mentioned it on the record until whaddya know this week. Political opportunism and bad faith posturing worse than anything I've ever seen in British politics.

Tenth place in the Championship with not a particularly good goals against record. If we loaned them Ryan Fraser or Will Smallbone or James Bree its likely their fans would 'love' them too.
