  1. Not for me. The past great escapes were because we didn’t have a squad of players that were easily capable of a comfortable mid or higher table finish. They were inspiring to watch and be part of as a fan because everyone throughout the club put the effort in. This ‘great escape’ was brought on by bad management on many levels in the club over the past few seasons. We (probably) have got enough in the bag now thanks to MH and the players upping their games. But it really was (probably) just about enough, just in time. I’m ecstatic we are (probably) safe and it was as tense as I would like it. However, I don’t want to go through that again; I’m too old for that! I Just hope there are changes, appointments, departures and some leadership from our new owner from now on. I’ll be there on Sunday for (hopefully) celebrations; don’t let us down Saints!
  2. Mark Hughes?!
  3. Welcome back and good luck Mark. Behind you and the team 100%.
  4. If he’s 12 foot tall, he might get some headers in from a Cedric cross. On a serious note, welcome to Saints!!!
  5. Zaha or Duane Dibbley?
  6. Will Jan be free to come back now?
  7. Any working streams?
  8. You owe me a new keyboard!
  9. Yeah, cracked me up too, no yolking.
  10. There's no airport at Monaco!
  11. I don't know how they could be tracking a flight to Monaco from Southampton. It's impossible!
  12. Would make Southampton an even more likely departure airport for him!
  13. Really? He makes the back 4 work. Gives confidence to the team. Improves the team morale. I could go on....
  14. If he had took his head out of his arse, got on with his job, we'd be top of the league right now. IMHO.
  15. Yes, you don't get three points for a win.
  16. His parking is as good as his shooting accuracy I see.
  17. Very well said.
  18. It's a Citation Jet 2 (C525)
  19. Very useful in my job. We are restricted to the number of hours we can do in a duty. So, if we have an early flight somewhere, where the passengers, for example, are going to a business meeting/event, they might be there until late in the evening before returning to the airport to fly back. So we would go to a hotel during the day and have rest there, getting some sleep etc, then go back to the airport to fly the return leg later on. The time we have rested can be used to extend the duty period we can do (up to a certain limit). Although, the presumptions made above seem a lot more fun to me!
