Just had an email from the son of a bloke I met over in Israel and they are bringing a 1000 fans over. He was asking for a pub near the ground they all can drink in ! Some pub that holds that many !! Could be quite an atmosphere in town that night.

Really dodged a bullet there. Was going to catch the 23:05 but managed to catch the 22:35. 8 carriages and on time. Back indoors in Southampton at midnight. Lets hope the trains are on time this Saturday.

If the singing mecca that is the Northam came up with some new songs rather than OWTS and WIWJALB on loop then the rest of the ground may decide to join in. Trouble is you cannot force people to sing. I know loads of die hard fans who travel home and away and do not feel the need to sing. Rather sad when people feel the need to force fans to support their team in a particular way. As for the team being p!ssed off with the lack of support from the Chapel. Perhaps it is their job to get the fans going by playing exciting football !!

It was a great strike but he will not get that amount of time or room in the Premier league. The Wolves defending was shocking. Taking nothing away from the lad, he is doing very well at Blackburn, but he will need to offer that type of scoring week in week out to be a hit in the big league. Lets hope he has it in him.

I bought my ticket yesterday at the ticket office to be told they did not have them and they would be posted out at a later date. What came in the post today ? You guessed it, Man City ticket ! They must have arrived late yesterday and early enough to catch the post or they had them all the time. Why they have started all this postal cr*p I do not know !

I think the final is the same weekend as B'mouth at home. Doubt a Prem game will be postponed for this !

The problem with the corporate argument is that they pay an awful lot of money for their box. Part of their deal could be Europa tickets. Some of the people on here bleating about not getting a ticket do not even go to St Marys every week !

I will take one of those spots Griffo as I have heard nothing from the club regarding the bingo bus. If the bingo bus is 1st come 1st served what happens to those not getting on ? All sounds a bit Fred Karno to me.

With our Israeli friends offering to take people to the train station after the game is that now a possible option ? I don't know how many they are prepared to take but it would make the return train doable. Even if some taxis were arranged that would help ! Is there a plan for which bar most are going to frequent before the game ?

If anybody on here is flying on the Wednesday 12:20 Gatwick to Tel Aviv (via Ukraine) and need transport to the airport I will have 3 spare seats in my car. Just been looking at the Tel Aviv airport site and it seems a Taxi is about £35 into Tel Aviv. Buses are frequent. Just a matter of catching the right one !! Is everybody still thinking that the train back to Tel Aviv after the game is not doable ?

Anybody have an idea of costs in Israel ? Trying to work out what cash to take.

Just booked my flights and hotel . Going out on Wed night, coming back on Fri. Via Kiev !!!!! Are there any seats available from Tel Aviv to the game and back on the booked minibus/cars ? Defo 1 needed maybe 3.
