  1. Do you drive at not a mile over 30mph? Do you drive a Volvo?
  2. None from 'Freeborn' I don't think, which is strange because it was them who caused the vast majority of criminal damage according to reports on here.
  3. Liebherr made an initial investment on a completely non-existant team. Seriously, it was £3million FFS , he didn't go out and spend zillions of pounds... he spent a couple of million, which the team needed spent on it to have any chance of him realising his 5 year plan, so he would have factored the costs in to his purchase price. £3m... wouldn't even pay for Rory Delap FFS
  4. No, the club ran their scheme themeselves last year. It is not credit , therefore you don't need a CCL.
  5. Coventry, Preston, Watford and Swansea off the top of my head.
  6. If anyone was involved then surely they would not be posting on here... seeing as they would be in jail.
  7. LMFAO You are joking? Plastic hubcap thrown from 100 yards away or Huge great metal bin thrown at a fan at point blank. Yes, exactly the same.
  8. Are you suggesting that driving above the speed limit ( say 50 in a 30 past a school at kicking out time ) is not reckless? You would still only get 3 points on your license and a slapped wrist because although something worse could have happened, it didn't.
  9. Violent Disorder was their charge, not criminal damage. Which can be as simple as shouting 'C'mon you fakkin c*nts!!!' when in a group.
  10. You keep mentioning the £30,000 of damage. How many of them where charged with criminal damage? How many of them were having a 'running fight' , if so, who with and how many punches where thrown? What were the police BEING PAID FOR BY SFC? Was it to prevent trouble or to just nick anyone causing trouble? Or both?
  11. Why does EVERY SINGLE other police force keep fans in during derby games then? F*cking hell Dune, is your Surname Pointon?? The police f*cked up big time, yet a cynic could also say that they intended on making arrests and it was intentional letting skates out at the same time.
  12. Yes it is the polices fault. Of course the individuals need to be held accountable, but with PROPER policing, it could have been prevented, ask who Freeborn blame... the 12 that got jailed or the police for not preventing it... I'm pretty sure I know what their answer will be. The police had a duty to protect innocent fans and local property and businesses... they failed massively. That's what they were paid to do... someone needs to be held accountable in the police.
  13. I wonder if the police are now going to be subject to an enquiry as to why they let P*mpey out at the same time as Saints... because it was a direct result of their policing which contributed to this happening. If they had kept skates in and cleared the area ( like happens in every other derby match ) then there would have been NO trouble. They had the resources to do this and they decided against it... surely someone at the police force also needs to be held accountable?
  14. I am pretty sure they all were charged with violent disorder. No mention of criminal damage charges... so linking them to £30,000 worth of damage to the garage as justification for their sentances just doesn't work.
  15. No... it doesn't have to be. How do I know this? Because I have a quote written out in writing here outlining the full terms and conditions after speaking to the very people who sell the plans. What exactly do you have to back up your claims? I admire you trying to tell me I am wrong when I have all the details in front of me.
  16. I feel I will have to repeat myself time and time again on this thread. How many of them were charged with Criminal Damage? Most of the 'damage' was caused by skates throwing missiles into the garage denting cars and smashing windows.
  17. I will ask you this question again Mr Cyber Warrior. How many of them were charged with Criminal Damage? Come on, do tell.
  18. Just a bit harsh? If it wasn't at a football match, they would have got an £80 or maybe a quick trip to the magistrates to get a small fine.
  19. Are you thick? The £30,000 of damage was not caused by just these 12 people you mong. That is the TOTAL, many of these are going to jail for simply throwing a coin and causing NO criminal damage. Look through the charges when they are released and see how many charges relate to criminal damage. And most of the damage was caused by smashed windows on the cars caused by Skates throwing rocks into the garage.
  20. Are you saying that them losing their jobs, having their lives turned upside down, children having their parents taken away is an acceptable punishment for throwing a fookin coin? You seriously are retarded.
  21. Come on Essy, we can't pick and choose when we decide to believe the Echo. I get it, rubbish anything the Echo says unless trying to use it against SRS. And anyway, they talk about the Liebherr company ( nothing to do with Markus now ) has grown without any debt, not the Mali Group.
  22. Without sounding patronising... the JPT was in the 2009/2010 season. Also the Travel Club page on the OS also promoted the Travel Club as a cost-price, non-profit department. Funnily enough that has since been updated.
  23. Can you provide us with some links please Timmy?
  24. Funny isn't it. What a thick chump timmy is. Our former banker chairman doesn't believe in credit. You couldn't make it up. We have some proper chumps following our team.
  25. Is it not completely obvious what my grouse is...? The rest of the post which you didn't highlight is my issue, the fans are being treated like complete mugs in so many ways. I don't use the travel club, never have and never will... but you CANNOT in any industry try and make out you are selling a product at cost price, with no profit when you clearly ARE turning a profit ( and quite a healthy one I would imagine ) This is miss-selling, customers would be right to believe based on what the club said that if they are being run at cost price, there is no cheaper alternative, so would not shop around, when clearly the Travel Club was the most expensive way to get to Wembley. That is wrong, do you not agree?
