Not wanting to use a buzzword but we do need to minimise the scar tissue from this season and try to get some positive momentum going otherwise our recruitment/retention challenge in the summer will be all the harder. I think more likely he goes to a mid level Prem team. Goalkeepers don't seem to have the mobility that outfield players do - I can remember Jaaskelainan getting rave reviews season after season but still staying at Bolton. And there are one or two questions about Ramsdale away from his shot stopping

I won't be at all surprised if he leaves, but given his issues at Chelsea and the fact he's still learning his trade, I don't think it would be crazy if he stays and signs an extension

SR are not doing a good job but we would have gone down under Gao eventually too. Ralph and Ings saved that regime almost by themselves

The passing game is good for teams with more ability to get the results they deserve. It worked when we were a better team in the Championship but won't work now we're weak in the Premier League. It's always worth trying a new manager to see if they can turn results around. Martin isn't so valuable that it's worth sticking with him for next season
