Not on field staff but interesting: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2016/07/15/everton-look-to-poach-leicester-citys-highly-rated-talent-spotte/ He only signed a new contract 6 weeks ago!

This. Clear to me that McQueen, Isgrove, Hesketh are not PL quality. Redmond is a replacement for Juanmi (a good upgrade) but we need to replace Mane properly otherwise our attack will be worse than last season quality wise, which isn't ideal.

Good interview with Puel on the Official YT. Especially good pronunciation of Ryan Bertrand.

https://youtu.be/72VfxK4sKBk Things I concluded apart from that we scored some nice goals: 1. Mane is so much more than just a winger, he has a goalscoring instinct and we really should bring in a player with his type of movement in the final third. Its unfair to expect Redmond to score 10+ goals because he never has and that isn't his game. 2. Austin and Rodriguez can in theory replace some of the Mane and Pelle goals, but it is a risk as they both appeared so infrequently in the video due to injury. 3. An inform and happy Tadic makes so much difference to our attacking play. When he plays well usually the team does and his chance creation stats are not excellent for no reason. 4. There is a big role in our team for a central midfield player to score more goals. 5. Long scores in flurries rather than consistently over a season. Presumably why last year was his first PL season with more than 8 goals.

Would be interesting to see what would happen if they offered to pay that.
-
It really isn't nice! Away is good though.
-
A victim of the #washbagculture also.
-
Witsel is Belgian. High fees but all decent players and they obviously have money to spend otherwise he wouldn't have moved there.
-
Plus the various U21 friendlies which quite a few of those out in the US will ultimately end up playing in.
-
If it were a Visa issue then surely they would have mentioned it in the article as they mentioned Yoshida's visa hassle. I would think he is either injured or just not selected.
-
Whilst not a player transfer, hardly ideal for Sunderland if they lose #bigsam at this stage of pre season.
-
Everton to pay Witsel about £110k a week.
-
Thats also why it makes sense to develop a relationship with a couple of Clubs we trust and potentially send more than one player somewhere if we know they are being looked after. Walsall seem to be favoured judging by their Manager's comments re McCarthy.
-
For this season he is a must keep, even if he doesn't sign a new deal. Very good player and ended last season in probably the best form he has shown for us.
-
Bit of a wishy washy role "to help the first team players be where they need to be" (?) but undoubtedly good to still have him involved, especially after the change to the coaching staff.
-
Its Vince Bartram. Ex Cherries Keeper.
-
Everton favourites for Witsel again.
-
We will miss his cardiovascular debate, habit of using the word "narrative" and actually bothering to be knowledgable about football to be fair.
-
They are in (alongside Chelsea) for Koulibaly from Napoli for about €35m. We were linked with him in previous summers.
-
If CP wants attacking full backs he will love Cedric and Martina has been solid rather than expansive going forward. Martina probably being paid next to nothing PL wise so makes a good utility man until his contract runs out.
-
Absolutely.

http://www.whufc.com/News/Articles/2016/July/12-July/hammers-sign-prolific-striker Thats actually a decent signing. He is a promising player.
-
@chriswisey: #AFCB close to signing Jordan Ibe from #LFC. £15 million. Personal terms agreed. Medical yet to take place. Deal to be completed this week.
-
Mina is a CB, if Gardos is going/injured maybe we will bring someone in to provide back up in that position?
-
Brilliant. Class player. Long and Tadic hopefully next in line.
