All that is delaying it at the moment is the council are insisting on a fixed caravan park to house 200 local travellers which i cannot justify. Pinnacle say they are still working on it and are still confident. Also says Fry has re contacted Jackson and co and that an overseas consortium remain very interested. It goes on to say that Crouch has taken a lot of stick from fans but at the end of the day he is the only one who has dug into his pocket. Cant argue with that

Perhaps if Mr Fry was to actually make a statement to the fans on the current state of play without mentioning names then it would stop all the apathy and in fighting that is going on at the moment. A real as it is statement from him would surely be legal and not jeapordise any negotiations taking place which might in turn encourage some fans to turn up. I am sick of all these statements from the echo and T.V and on here that read 24 hours or 48 hours from 1 bid to 2 bids to no bids which have been going on for a couple of weeks. Perhaps they should of had the game on a friday then we would know it would not take place.

They have actually printed Crouches letters to the club and the clubs official responses regarding investment etc by shoosmiths and seymour pierce.
