If Pinnacle say this is not a deal breaker (their words) then surely we must at some point draw the line and get on with it.Players are now back in training,contracts need sorting and new players need identifying along with a manager.We now already have an excuse for a poor start to the season when i am sure we were all hoping to get off to a flyer with a wave of optimism. Season tickets need to be sold and i am sure existing holders will have first priority over their old seat so we could have potentially between 5-10,000 people waiting to hit that ticket office,it took them long enough in the past to send them out so how will they cope now. Thank you Mr Lynam for the effort put in up to now but i feel the time has come to either sign the deal or step aside, please do not grag this on for weeks and then walk away or our club will be gone for good.

The worrying thing in all of this is that if this 10 point ruling is key to all of this it would seem Pinnacle will only continue if they can appeal the decision. I fully expect the football league to not allow this to happen so i believe that Pinnacle will withdraw but obviously this may take a few days or longer leaving us well and truly knackered. I got the impression from Le Tiss statement that this issue had to be concluded to Pinnacles liking or they would pull out, i hope i am wrong but cant help but feel very worried about this.

I happen to know his buisness partner in Allied developments (more useless information) and i also know he is in the process of trying to buy an old 1930s Yacht approx 188ft long which he plans to totally refit on the south coast although he has had some problems with the legal side and as yet has not finalised the deal.
