No, I reckon its a proper transfer. The registation is done but there's a few details to iron out yet... I can't see them sending that out on transfer deadline day if its a free transfer that can be done on any day

I don't have crap equipment and/or crap ISP. I listen to other radio stations online using the same equipment with no issues. And if there was an issue here I'd fix it myself, its my job. Just because its a live feed from a big company doesn't mean they're not at fault. If you have been reading posts here for the last few games you'll see that there are dozens and dozens of fans with the same issues. Do you think all their equipment becomes faulty when Saints kick off but works fine the rest of the time?

I've just had it cut out for about 30 seconds, and its been cutting out for a few seconds at a time since I connected at 2.45. **** **** service so far

I do wonder if its simply a collaberation between the 2 to save money. It would also explain Saints Player cutting out to other games so much during commentary last night.

I got a reply from the Customer Support people. First of all, this is what I sent them... This is their reply... NOTHING to do with the problem I reported. I've just gone back again with this.... Did anyone else get a reply?

I sent off an email through the "Contact Us" section on Saints Player. I said that the service was poor because of the cut outs and that not only was I not the only seeing this problem, but that others were seeing much more serious problems. I told them I wanted to know why it is happening and what they are going to do to ensure it doesn't happen in the future as its not acceptable for a paid service. I also said that if it doesn't improve I want my annual subscription refunded in full.
