  1. --------------Forster ----Yoshida---Van Dijk---Hoedt Cedric-----------------------Bertrand ---------Romeu---Lemina ---------------Tadic --------Long--------Gabbiadini However I doubt he'll change formation.

    Lemina!

Lemina OoOh, Lemina OoOh, He played in Italy, He f****** hates P**pey, Lemina...
  3. Tempted to suggest giving Ward-Prowse a few games in that wide left role. Can't be any worse than Redmond was today. At least we'll get good crosses into the box. In fact, I do suggest it.
  4. Still missing a playmaker.
  5. That's a bad reason. Football is like that now. You'd need a new badge every couple of seasons!
  6. Ward-Prowse is still searching for his best position I feel. I believe he'll come good but there doesn't seem to be a suitable role in the team for him at the moment.

I notice the Palace fans want him to come to their club looking at their forums.
  8. -------------Forster ----Yoshida---Stephens---Hoedt Cedric-----------------------Bertrand ---------Romeu---Lemina ---------------Tadic --------Long--------Gabbiadini Davis is not suited to no.10 role. I don't care what anybody says, he doesn't have the creativity Tadic does (I'm not saying Tadic is a great no.10 but he's the best we've got). Davis may be our most consistent player and our 'Mr. Reliable' but that's because he doesn't take the necessary risks to play that kind of role. Also a front two of Austin and Gabbiadini lacks any pace. Too easy to defend against especially if we're dropping Redmond/Boufal. Long may be that spark up front we're looking for. We were too slow last weekend.
  9. Van Dijk has done nothing to deserve replacing Stephens or Yoshida.
  10. Almost definitely. They can just use footage of the game to work our where he was sat and then find out who booked the seat.
  11. Never forgave the fans that ran on the pitch at our last derby to give enough extra-time for an equaliser. No sympathy.
  12. Thought I'd mock one up quick.

  14. I really like our current crest. I like that it was designed by a fan, I like how instantly recognisable it is and I like the fact there's no other crest that shares the same basic shape as ours (that I know of). If it ain't broke, don't fix it as they say.
  15. He's perhaps a little too laid back (solely judging by his interviews). He didn't seem angry enough after our last performance and even seemed to play it off as simply 'that's football'. It's been a recurring issue for us for a while now. He can't always be the nice guy and everyone's friend.

Well I mean that's a big reason why he left so it has everything to do with that.

Perhaps the couple of years after he left us was an afterglow and what the current board have been doing is starting to show?
  18. https://mobile.twitter.com/FootyHumour/status/850311334323519488/video/1 Saw this in the Watford forum. Just goes to show these pundits are clueless (excluding Le Tissier who actually spoke sense). They couldn't even give more than one English manager's name.
  19. Puel was not giving us our moneys worth last season.
  20. I agree. Drastic changes to the line-up may be just what's needed to spark something.
  21. I thought that was madness? Agree though. Pelligrino seems very stubborn with his 4-2-3-1 formation.
  22. Slow , uncreative, slow, indirect and slow. We're too easy to defend against. Tadic briefly improved things after half time and I still stand by what I said about him being the better choice over Davis or Ward-Prowse. Davis may be more consistent and our mister reliable but that is because he doesn't take the kind of risks that is required for that position. In the end though, the performance was frustrating and boring. On another note, I have to give credit to Watford when it's due. Their high pressing negated us entirely. I had hoped they would tire from playing at such a high intensity but their team looks fit, strong and more importantly, together. There was some impressive one touch direct football they were playing. If they can perform like that every week, I would expect them to be fighting for that 'best of the rest' spot.
  23. I don't think any one was happy to see him sign when he did. Whilst I wouldn't necesserily blame him for this, he certainly won't be the man that fixes the problem.
  24. Respectfully disagree.
  25. I agree with that logic however I don't believe anyone else in our sqaud can do any better. We could have done with someone fresh to compete with those three but as it is, there's nothing else. Putting players such as Davis, Ward-Prowse or Long there is putting players out of position.
