Why post this reply? It doesn't contribute to the conversation. Yes Koeman is gone but there are still points that affect the club going forward that are worth discussion. This forum seems to be full up with people that try and come across as smug or better than others. I never rated Koeman as highly as some but Reed has a track record of not being able to put together an attractive / ambitious plan to attract players / managers to stay. That is a concern

Odds on vitor pereira have dropped to 6-1. I think he would be a good appointment. Emery would have been my first choice but looks as if he's off to PSG. Failing both of these I would take de boer. Failing that I would take Pellegrini. Howe might be one for the future but won't be able to attract the signings we need or have the credibility to prevent the players being unsettled and wanting to leave

Any news on the contract extension? Whether it's happening or not.. I think we need to replace him ASAP if he won't sign.. Another season and the players will have their heads turned and there will be uncertainly meaning another mass exodus. Let's hope it doesn't get to that and the club shows the ambition he wants to see.

This. Poch' attention to detail and precision when it comes to closing down, pressing and organisation is second to none in the EPL IMO. We also looked fitter under Poch. Pressing seems a thing of the past for us now although it is better now than it was at the start of the season strangely. Only downside with Poch is that he didn't really have a plan B when he was at saints, now he does. Lots of our players improved need him and although he was more demanding than Koeman the players seemed to love playing for him. I didn't notice any of the days off for the players that Ron hands out happening under him (although it seems Koeman himself likes a day off too). It's not negative it's realistic. Clasie and Cedric have been fairly lightweight this season. Certainly inconsistent
